Pathology of Sohan distribution network in Qom

اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف آﺳﯿﺐﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﮐﻮﭼﮏ و ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ در ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺳﻮﻫﺎن، ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺳﻮﻫﺎن، ﭘﯿﺪا ﮐﺮدن آﺳﯿﺐﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و اراﺋﻪ راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺳﻮﻫﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﺒﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﻈﺮي ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯿﺎت ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي آﺳﯿﺐﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن، ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن و ﻓﻌﺎﻻن ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺳﻮﻫﺎن در ﺷﻬﺮ ﻗﻢ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ، ﻣﺠﻤﻮع اﻓﺮادي ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ آنﻫﺎ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 9 ﻧﻔﺮ و اﻓﺮاد ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ 17 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش FARE اﻗﺪام ﺑﻪ وزندﻫﯽ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ آﺳﯿﺐﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺳﻮﻫﺎن از ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ- ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ- ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد از ﺑﯿﻦ 25 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺟﻬﺖ آﺳﯿﺐﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺳﻮﻫﺎن، ﺷﺶ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺣﻔﻆ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺳﻮﻫﺎن در ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ، ﺑﺮﮔﺸﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻪ روز و دﻗﯿﻖ در ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ، اﻣﮑﺎن ﺗﺤﻮﯾﻞ ﺳﻮﻫﺎن در ﺣﺠﻢﻫﺎي ﮐﻢ و در ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪﻫﺎي زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻮﺗﺎه، اﻧﻌﻄﺎفﭘﺬﯾﺮي در ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ و ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﻮدي در رﺑﻊ اول ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ-ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ آﺳﯿﺐﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺳﻮﻫﺎن در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺗﻢ، راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد آﺳﯿﺐﻫﺎي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه در ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺳﻮﻫﺎن اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪ.

This study aims to tackle the distribution network of small and medium industries in the sohan industry to investigate the status of the sohan system distribution network, find the existing pathologies in the industry and provide solutions to improve the distribution network. In this research, by reviewing the theoretical bases of the distribution network and using the experts ' experiments, we identified the criteria of distribution network pathology. The statistical population of the study includes manufacturers, experts and activists of Sohan Industry Distribution Network in Qom, the total of the people who interviewed them was 9 people and complete a questionnaire of 17. Using the FARE method, we measured the criteria. In order to identify the damages in the industry, the importance-performance matrix was used. Findings from the research show that in the matrix analysis - the importance of performance among 25 indicators for the distribution of the sohan industry, six indicators of filing quality in the distribution network, the ability to deliver sohan in low volumes, flexibility in transport and inventory cost were considered in the first quarter of the importance - performance matrix which was considered as the damage in the sohan industry. Also by analyzing the data from the interview, using theme analysis method, some solutions have been proposed to improve the damage identified in the sohan distribution network.
