چكيده فارسي :
در ﺑﺎزار رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ اﻣﺮوز ﺿﺮورت دارد ﮐﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﻫﻤﻮاره ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﯾﮏ ﮔﺎم ﺟﻠﻮﺗﺮ از رﻗﺒﺎ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﻟﺬا ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ ﺗﻼش ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻫﻤﻮاره ﻣﺰﯾﺖ رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﺧﻮد را ﺣﻔﻆ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ. ﻓﺸﺎرﻫﺎي ﻓﺰاﯾﻨﺪ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ و ﺗﺤﻮﻻت ﻓﺮاﮔﯿﺮ ، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ را ﺑﺎ ﭼﺎﻟﺸﻬﺎي ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮﻧﯽ ﻣﻮاﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ و ﻧﺎﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﻧﮕﺮﺷﻬﺎ، ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻤﻬﺎ و اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ ﻗﺪﯾﻤﯽ ﮐﺎﻣﻼ آﺷﮑﺎر ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﭼﺮا ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮدﻫﺎي ﺳﻨﺘﯽ ﻧﻤﯽ ﺗﻮان در ﺑﺎزاري ﮐﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻗﻮاﻋﺪ ﺣﺎﮐﻢ ﺑﺮ آن ﻋﻮض ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ رﻗﺎﺑﺖ ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ. ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن آﻣﻮزش ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻌﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﭘﯿﺸﺮو و ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺬار در اﻣﺮ اﺷﺘﻐﺎل و ﻣﻬﺎرت ورزي در اﯾﻦ روزﮔﺎر ﭘﺮ ﺷﺘﺎب ﺳﻌﯽ ﻧﻤﻮده رﺳﺎﻟﺖ ﺧﻮد را ﺑﺎ اﻣﺮ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺳﺎزي ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ ﭘﺮرﻧﮕﺘﺮ ﻧﻤﻮده و اﯾﻦ ﺑﺎر در ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺑﯿﻤﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﺧﻮد را ﺑﺼﻮرت ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺬاري ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺎن ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ. ﻟﺬا در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺳﻌﯽ ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﺑﺎ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻦ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ و ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ اﯾﻦ دو ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺑﯿﻤﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ راه آﻣﻮزش ﺣﺮف و ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ در ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺑﯿﻤﻪ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﻫﺎ اﻗﺪام ﮔﺮدد . در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن و ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪاردﻫﺎي ﮐﺎري دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﺎ رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ اﺷﺒﺎع ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ و داﻧﺶ و ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃﻪ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ . و ﺑﻌﺪ از آن ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﮐﺎري و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪاردﻫﺎاﻗﺪام ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ . در آﺧﺮ ﻧﯿﺰ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎداﺗﯽ در راﺳﺘﺎي ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﺧﺬ ﺷﺪه اراﯾﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ

In today's competitive market, it is necessary that organizations should always be one step ahead of competitors, so organizations strive to always maintain their competitive advantage. Increasing environmental pressures and pervasive developments have posed a variety of challenges to organizations, and the ineffectiveness of old management attitudes, systems, and tools has become quite apparent because traditional approaches cannot compete in a market where all rules have changed. The Technical and Vocational Education Organization, as a leading and influential organization in the field of employment and skills in these fast-paced times, has tried to make its mission more prominent by standardizing jobs, and this time in the insurance industry, its role has been shown to be effective. has done. Therefore, in this study, we tried to address the importance and nature of these two, the technical and professional organization and the insurance industry to design a roadmap for vocational training and jobs in the insurance industry at both levels of managers and agencies. In this regard, after interviewing the experts and determining the work standards of the two groups until the level of saturation of the components and the relevant knowledge and skills were extracted. After that, the indicators of work stages and competency components and the main performance indicators and standards were developed. Finally, suggestions were made in line with the results obtained
