چكيده فارسي :
ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﻫﺎي ﻓﻨﯽ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي در ﮐﺸﻮر ﻫﺎي در ﺣﺎل ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻮده و داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﻫﺎي ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﮔﺬاري ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و آﻣﻮزش آﻧﻬﺎ و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي داﻧﺶ ﻣﺤﻮر و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ ﺑﺮ ﻧﻮآوري و ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي، ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺑﺮاي ﮐﺎرآﻣﻮزان ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﺷﺪه و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺷﻮد. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ، ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي و ﻧﻮآوري داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﻫﺎي ﻓﻨﯽ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﯿﻼن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻮع ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ. روش ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﻫﺎي ﻓﻨﯽ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﯿﻼن ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 150 ﻧﻔﺮ اﺳﺖ. 107 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺑﺮاي ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﺪود ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ از آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداري ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﻫﻤﮥ ﻣﺘﻐﯿّﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از 0/7 ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي SPSS و SMART PLS2اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. در ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺮ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ، ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن، ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي و ﻧﻮآوري ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي در داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﻫﺎي ﻓﻨﯽ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﯿﻼن راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﻮآوري در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﻨﯽ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﯿﻼن راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The development of vocational technical education in developing countries is important and technical and vocational colleges should provide knowledge-based programs and focus on innovation to improve the performance of the organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of knowledge management empowerment on organizational performance through the process of knowledge management, intellectual capital and innovation of vocational technical colleges in Guilan province. This research is applied based on the type of purpose and in terms of implementation, it is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of this research was 150 employees of vocational technical colleges in Guilan province, of which 107 people were obtained as a sample through the Cochran's formula for the community. Structural equations from SPSS and PLS software were used to analyze the data. The hypotheses presented in the research were 95% significant at the level of reliability that enable knowledge management on knowledge management process, knowledge management process on organizational performance, intellectual capital and innovation. There is a significant relationship between organizational performance, knowledge management process and organizational performance through intellectual capital and knowledge management process with organizational performance through innovation in vocational technical colleges of Guilan province.
