چكيده فارسي :
بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب تجديد مطلعي خطاب به ملت ايران و به‌ويژه جوانان است كه بهمثابه منشوري براي دومين مرحله خودسازي، جامعه پردازي و تمدن سازي خواهد بود. يكي از حوزههاي كه نقش بسزايي در تحقق اهداف گام دوم انقلاب دارد، حوزه آموزش‌وپرورش است؛ چراكه از يكسو، بخش مهمي از اين اهداف طي فرايند تعليم و تربيت حاصل مي‌شود و از سوي ديگر، بخشي از اين اهداف، توسط نيروي انساني تربيت‌يافته در نظام آموزشي تحقق مييابد؛ لذا براي تحقق اهداف گام دوم انقلاب بايد به بهبود نظام آموزش‌وپرورش توجه خاصي كرد. براي بهبود نظام آموزش‌وپرورش بايد چالشهاي آن در گام اول انقلاب بررسي تا در گام دوم مرتفع شود و بستر تحقق اهداف فوق را فراهم آورد. جهت بررسي چالشهاي نظام آموزش‌وپرورش در گام اول، به مطالبات مقام معظم رهبري در مورد آموزش‌وپرورش ميپردازيم؛ چراكه مطالبات ايشان بهمثابه چراغي، روشنيبخش اذهان در مورد چالشهاي آموزش‌وپرورش است. با اين اوصاف، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تبيين مطالبات مقام معظم رهبري از نظام آموزش‌وپرورش در گام اول انقلاب است. روش مورداستفاده، روش اسناد كاوي بوده و بيانات ايشان درباره آموزش‌وپرورش با تأكيد بر سال‌هاي پاياني منجر به چهل‌سالگي انقلاب ـ بعد از ابلاغ سياستهاي كلي ايجاد تحول در نظام آموزش‌وپرورش كشور ـ تحليل شد. پس از تحليل بيانات، مطالبات ايشان در قالب چهار مقوله كلان يعني سياستگذاري آموزشي، معلم، محتواي آموزشي و فضاي آموزشي، احصا گرديد كه همين مطالبات ميتواند سرلوحه حركت نظام آموزش‌وپرورش در گام دوم انقلاب و تربيت دانشآموزان تراز جامعه اسلامي باشد.

The statement of the second step of the revolution is the renewal of information addressed to the Iranian nation and especially to the youth, which will serve as a charter for the second stage of self-construction, socialization and civilization. One of the areas that plays an important role in achieving the goals of the second step of the revolution is the field of education, because on the one hand an important part of these goals is achieved during the education process and on the other hand, part of these goals are achieved by human resources. Educated is realized in the educational system, therefore, in order to achieve the goals of the second step of the revolution, special attention should be paid to the improvement of the education system. In order to improve the education system, its challenges must be examined in the first step of the revolution in order to be solved in the second step and provide the basis for the realization of the above goals. In order to examine the challenges of the education system, in the first step, we will address the demands of the Supreme Leader regarding education, because his demands, as a beacon, enlighten the minds about the challenges of education. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the demands of the Supreme Leader from the education system in the first step of the revolution. The method used is the method of document mining and his statements about education have been analyzed with the emphasis on the last years leading up to the fortieth anniversary of the revolution after the announcement of general policies to change the country's education system. After analyzing the statements, their demands were counted in the form of four major categories: educational policy, teacher, educational content, educational space.These demands can be the starting point for the education system in the second step of the revolution and the training of students at the level of Islamic society.
