The role of the interface between innovation and innovation in relation to information technology and job performance of staff in technical and vocational schools

ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن از ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ واﺳﻂ دو ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ اﺑﺘﮑﺎر و ﻧﻮآوري در آﻣﻮزﺷﮑﺪه ﻫﺎي ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﺠﻨﻮرد ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺷﯿﻮه اﺟﺮا از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن و اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ آﻣﻮزﺷﮑﺪه ﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﺠﻨﻮرد در دو ﻣﺮﮐﺰ دﺧﺘﺮان و ﭘﺴﺮان ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد آﻧﻬﺎ 250 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي، روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ و ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 148 ﻧﻔﺮ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺑﺘﮑﺎر و ﻧﻮآوري ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ رواﯾﯽ، ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/76 ،0/75 و 0/84ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از روش ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار AMOS ﺑﻮد. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و اﺑﺘﮑﺎر و ﻧﻮآوري راﺑﻄﻪ وﺟﻮد دارد ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺑﺘﮑﺎر و ﻧﻮآوري ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن راﺑﻄﻪ وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ واﺳﻄﻪ اي اﺑﺘﮑﺎر و ﻧﻮآوري در آﻣﻮزﺷﮑﺪه ﻫﺎي ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﺠﻨﻮرد راﺑﻄﻪ وﺟﻮد دارد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of employees' job performance on information technology with the role of the interface between two innovators and innovators in technical and vocational schools of Bojnourd. This research was applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of its implementation method was correlation. The statistical population of this research is all the staff and professors of the colleges of Bojnourd in two centers of girls and boys, numbering 250 people. The sampling method was stratified random sampling method and the sample size was considered to be 148 people based on Cochran formula. The data gathering tool was a standard information technology questionnaire, a standard questionnaire of job performance, and innovation and innovation questionnaire. After confirmation of validity, the reliability of each questionnaire was 0.75, 0.76 and 0.84, respectively. Data analysis was performed using structural equation method with AMOS software. The findings show that there is a relationship between information technology and innovation and innovation, and there is a relationship between innovation and innovation with employees' job performance. Also, there is a relationship between information technology and job performance of employees with the intermediate role of innovation and innovation in technical and vocational schools of Bojnourd.
