احياي مراكز تخصصي دوره‌هاي 18 ماهه در سطح كشور

Revival of specialized centers for 18-month courses throughout the country

هدف از اجراي اين پژوهش كه به شيوه اقدام‌پژوهي صورت گرفته است، ارائه راهكارهايي براي جذب كارآموز و برطرف نمودن مشكلات موجود در آموزش دوره‌هاي طرح 18 ماهه مي‌باشد. اين پژوهش در بازه زماني طولاني مدت نظرسنجي‌هايي را از كارآموزان دوره 18 ماهه انجام داده است. سپس با بررسي مشكلات موجود و ارائه پيشنهادات، تعدادي از پيشنهادات كه قابل اجرا و برنامه‌ريزي بوده، در دوره‌هاي بعدي اعمال شده است. پس از بررسي مشكلات موجود در طرح 18 ماهه و نظرسنجي انجام شده از كارآموزان به اين نتيجه رسيديم كه مشكلاتي كه در ابتداي كار با مشورت همكاران در اين زمينه ليست كرده بوديم تا حد زيادي درست بوده و منطبق با نظرات كارآموزان مي‌باشد. از اين رو با مشورت همكارن صاحبنظر و مجريان طرح 18 ماهه ليستي از يپشنهادها جهت رفع مشكلات اين دوره‌ها آماده كرديم. همچنين جهت تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و همچنين گزارش‌هاي كيفي كه حاصل تجربيات مربي مي‌باشد، يافته‌هاي پژوهش گردآوري شده و عمده روش‌هاي گردآوري اطلاعات مشاهدات مربي، مصاحبه با كارآموزان و همچنين استفاده از نظرسنجي‌هاي كارآموزان مي‌باشد. يافته هاي اين پژوهش نشان از روند بهبود رضايت كارآموزان از دوره‌هاي آموزشي طرح 18ماهه و افزايش تعاملات بين مهارت آموختگان اين دوره و صنايع مي‌باشد.

The purpose of this research, which has been done through research method, is to provide solutions to attract trainees and solve the existing problems in teaching 18-month plan courses. This research has conducted surveys of 18-month trainees over a long period of time. Then, by examining the existing problems and providing suggestions, a number of suggestions that can be implemented and planned, have been applied in subsequent periods. After reviewing the problems in the 18-month plan and conducting a survey of trainees, we came to the conclusion that the problems we listed at the beginning of the work in consultation with our colleagues in this area are largely correct and consistent with the trainees' opinions. Therefore, in consultation with our expert colleagues and implementers of the 18-month plan, we prepared a list of suggestions to solve the problems of these courses. Also, in order to analyze the information using descriptive statistics as well as qualitative reports that are the result of the instructor's experiences, the research findings are collected and the main methods of collecting information are the instructor's observations, interviews with trainees and also the use of trainees's surveys. The findings of this study show the process of improving the trainees' satisfaction with the 18-month plan training courses and increasing the interactions between the skills of the graduates of this course and industries.
