چكيده فارسي :
اهداف: وقايع و پيامدهاي تكنولوژيك دهه‌هاي اخير در زيست-جهان انساني و ايجاد فضاي پيشرفته‌ي سايبرنتيك و تطبيق آن‌ها با آثار ادبي فاخر آينده‌پژوهي، موفقيت آنان در پيش‌گويي‌هاي صحيح را خاطرنشان مي‌كند. پارادايم‌هاي الگو ساز با ظهور اوليه در آثار ادبي امكان بازآموزي براي مسئله‌هاي طراحي و برنامه‌ريزي در نيل به آرمان‌شهر و دوري از دُش‌شهر را فراهم مي‌كنند.
روش‌ها: مقاله‌ي حاضر، به روش استقرايي با سير از مصداق به معني و با رويكرد پساانتقادي، اطلاعات جزء را از بين آثار ادبي شاخص، كه جهت‌دهنده‌ي انديشه‌ي جامعه هستند، به عنوان چارچوب نظري، استخراج و با ذكر مسئله‌ها و راه‌حل‌هاي تجربه‌شده، آن‌ها را به‌عنوان الگو در اختيار طراحان مي‌گذارد.
يافته‌ها: مطابق ادبيات دُش‌شهري، پيشرفت‌هاي صنعتي و ظهور جامعه‌ي مبتني بر اطلاعات ديجيتال و به‌دنبال آن هوش مصنوعي، آينده‌اي نامعلوم براي ماهيت وجودي انسان در قرن بيست‌ويك رقم مي‌زند. در حال حاضر نيز يكي از مهمترين نگراني‌هاي علوم طراحي، انفصال نقش انسان از تجارب ديروزي است كه موجب ازخودبيگانگي و حذف انسان داراي ماهيت سنتي شده است.
نتيجه‌گيري: بررسي‌هاي تطبيقي موجود نشان مي‌دهد كه نهايت آمال دوست‌داران فناوري در نيل به آرمان‌شهر مطلوب نه‌تنها موفقيت‌آميز نبوده بلكه با حذف تمايلات انسان‌گرايانه كه مولفه‌هايي وجودي و اصيل دارد، دش‌شهري را تشكيل داده كه انسان‌ها در آن، منزوي و تحت سلطه‌ي نئوكاپيتاليست و نئوامپرياليست هستند.

Aims: The events and consequences of the last few years in the fields of city, society, housing, human beings and creating a cybernetic atmosphere and
adapting them to the future literary works of researchers indicate their success
in making correct predictions and Useful for solving urban problems in
achieving the utopia and distance from dystopya.
Methods: The present article, with a comparative method and humanistic
approach against the monocular technology giant, selects and extracts useful
reference information from certain book and film works, which are two
popular and guiding topics in the society's thought, and mentions the
experienced problems and solutions with making them available to urban
designers.
Findings: The development and emergence of an information-based society
among digital citizens is an uncertain future for the nature of human existence
in the 21 century. Currently, one of the most important concerns of design
theorists is the separation of the human role from yesterday's experiences,
which has led to his alienation and to human beings of a traditional nature.
Conclusion: Existing comparative studies show that the ultimate aspirations
of technology lovers in achieving the desired utopia have not only been
unsuccessful, but by eliminating humanistic options that have original and
existential components, have formed a city in which humans are isolated and dominated by machines.
