بررسي نقش واسطه اي اشتياق كارآفرينانه در رابطه بين حمايت تحصيلي با كارآفريني مجازي دانشجويان

Investigating the Mediating Role of Entrepreneurial Enthusiasm in the Relationship Between Academic Support and Students' virtual Entrepreneurship

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش واسطه اي اشتياق كارآفرينانه در رابطه بين حمايت تحصيلي با كارآفريني مجازي دانشجويان علوم پزشكي شهر بوشهر انجام شد. روش پژوهش، توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري، شامل كليه دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهر بوشهر (2136) بود كه در سال تحصيلي 1397- 1396 مشغول به تحصيل بودند. نمونه موردمطالعه به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي نسبي و به‌اندازه 326 نفر از جامعه آماري دانشجويان، انتخاب شد. در اين پژوهش براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌هاي حمايت تحصيلي ساندز و پلانكت، تمايل به كارآفريني مجازي لينان و چن و اشتياق كارآفرينانه برانبك و همكاران استفاده‌شد. تحليل داده‌هاي اين پژوهش، با استفاده از روش همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل مسير به‌وسيله نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS و LISREL انجام‌شد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه حمايت اساتيد، خانواده و همسالان بر ابعاد اشتياق كارآفرينانه (اشتياق تأسيسي، ابداعي، توسعه‌اي) داراي اثر مستقيم و مثبت است. همچنين يافته‌ها نشان داد كه بعد اشتياق تأسيسي، ابداعي و توسعه‌اي بر تمايل به كارآفريني مجازي داراي اثر مستقيم و مثبتي دارد. نتايج اثرهاي غيرمستقيم متغيرها نيز نشان داد كه ابعاد حمايت تحصيلي از طريق واسطه‌گري اشتياق كارآفرينانه بر تمايل به كارآفريني مجازي داراي اثر مثبت و معني‌دار است؛ بنابراين به‌منظور ايجاد تمايل به كارآفريني مجازي در دانشجويان پيشنهاد مي‌شود كه با حمايت تحصيلي از دانشجويان، اشتياق كارآفرينانه را در آن‌ها تقويت كرد و به‌واسطه اين اشتياق كارآفرينانه گامي مثبت در جهت كارآفريني مجازي آن‌ها برداشت.

The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of entrepreneurial passion in the relationship between academic support and virtual entrepreneurship of medical students in Bushehr. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all students of the Bushehr University of Medical Sciences (2136) who was studying in the academic year 2017-2018. The study sample was selected by stratified random sampling method of 326 students. In this study, to collect data, Sands and Plankt academic support questionnaires, Linan and Chen's virtual entrepreneurship inclination and Branbeck et al 's entrepreneurial enthusiasm were used. Data analysis of this study was performed using the Pearson correlation method and path analysis by SPSS and LISREL software. Findings showed that the support of teachers, family and peers has a direct and positive effect on the dimensions of entrepreneurial enthusiasm (founding, innovative, developmental enthusiasm). The findings also showed that the dimension of founding, innovative and developmental enthusiasm has a direct and positive effect on the desire for virtual entrepreneurship. The results of indirect effects of variables also showed that the dimensions of academic support through the mediation of entrepreneurial passion have a positive and significant effect on the tendency to virtual entrepreneurship; Therefore, in order to create a desire for virtual entrepreneurship in students, it is suggested that with the academic support of students, the entrepreneurial passion was strengthened in them and through this entrepreneurial desire, a positive step was taken towards their virtual entrepreneurship.
