چكيده فارسي :
گردان‌هاي حرفه‌اي بر مبناي تهديدات جديد طراحي شدند. اين گردان‌ها به دليل امكانات و تجهيزات پيشرفته دشمن، بايد در وقوع بحران به‌طور خودكفا و بدون اتكا به رده بالاتر اقدامات آفندي و پدافندي را در حدود واگذاري به اجرا در آورند. يكي از نيازهاي مهم اين گردان‌ها، اجراي تيراندازي با دقت به طرف اهداف مي‌باشد كه اين امر باعث صرفه‌جويي در مهمات و از بين‌بردن دشمن و يا تضعيف روحيه آنان مي‌گردد. بايد توجه داشت كه در مقابله با هدف‌هاي مختلف، حركات فردي و تكنيكي فن تيراندازي مهم بوده و چنانچه بدون توجه به نكات و ريزه‌كاري‌هاي اين فن بخواهيم در روز و شب به اجراي تيراندازي بپردازيم، موفق نخواهيم بود؛ و براي رسيدن به اين امر مهم به بررسي نحوه آموزش تيراندازان حرفه‌اي در اين مقاله پرداخته شده است.
هدف از اين تحقيق راه‌هاي رسيدن به آموزش تيراندازان حرفه‌اي براي گردان‌هاي حرفه‌اي مي‌باشد و اهميت موضوع از اين لحاظ حائز اهميت مي‌باشد كه تيراندازان اين پاسگان بتوانند با شليك هر گلوله به كشتن، زخمي‌كردن و يا تضعيف روحيه دشمن دست پيدا نمايند. در پايان تحقيق با شيوه تحليلي موضوع به نتيجه‌گيري و ارائه پيشنهادات اقدام شده است.

Professional battalions were designed based on new threats. Due to the advanced facilities and equipment of the enemy, these battalions must carry out offensive and defensive actions in the event of a crisis, to the extent that it is assigned to them, without relying on a higher level. One of the important needs of these battalions is to shoot accurately at targets, which saves ammunition and destroys the enemy or weakens their morale. It should be noted that in the face of different goals, individual and technical movements of the shooting technique is important, and if we want to perform shooting day and night without paying attention to the points and details of this technique, we will not be successful. To achieve this important point, examine in the method of training professional shooters are discussed in this article. The purpose of this study is to find ways to train professional shooters for professional battalions, and the importance of this issue is that the shooters of these battalions can kill, injure or weaken the enemy's spirituality by each shot fired. At the end of the research, conclude and suggestions are made by an analytical method.
