ارائه الگوي راهبردي در حوزه امنيت سياسي از طريق تدوين تجارب نظام مقدس ج.ا.ايران براساس گفتمان ولايت فقيه و قانون اساسي

تحقيق حاضر با هدف پاسخگويي به اين سؤال اساسي انجام شده است كه «الگوي راهبردي در حوزه امنيت سياسي از طريق تدوين تجارب نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي ايران براساس گفتمان ولايت فقيه (آرا، نظرات رهنمودها و تدابير حضرت امام خميني (رحمت الله عليه)، حضرت امام خامنه­ اي(مدظله‌العالي) و قانون اساسي چيست؟». در اين تحقيق پس از كالبدشكافي موضوع امنيت سياسي و بيان نظرات و ديدگاه ­هاي مختلف از منظر انديشمندان جوامع غربي و الهام از مباني و اصول ارزش­ هاي اسلامي همچون قرآن، آيات و روايات برگرفته‌شده از بيانات و رهنمودهاي معصومين (عليهم‌السلام) و مباني فقه سياسي در گفتمان ولايت فقيه و قانون اساسي و نيز دريافت تجارب موفق و ناموفق مديران و نخبگان سياسي، ابعاد، مؤلفه‌ها و زيرمؤلفه ­هاي مؤثر بر موضوع با ابتناء بر ابعاد هفتگانه دكترين، اهداف، سياست ­ها، برنامه­ ريزي، هدايت، سازمان‌دهي و هماهنگي، مورد شناسايي واقع و پس از تأييد جامعه آماري تحقيق مي‌تواند به‌عنوان الگوي راهبردي در حوزه امنيت سياسي نظام ج.ا.ا مورد بهره‌برداري قرار گيرد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش 49 نفر از نخبگان و خبرگان حوزه امنيت سياسي در كشور هستند كه به روش مطالعه اكتشافي و فيش‌برداري از محتواي اسناد، منابع و آثار معتبر علمي مرتبط با موضوع رساله موجود در كتابخانه­­ها، سايت­ها و همچنين اقدام ميداني، با استفاده از ابزارهاي پرسشنامه و مصاحبه، اطلاعات و داده­ هاي لازم در حد كفايت جمع ­آوري شدند. درنهايت نتايج و يافته­ هاي حاصل از مطالعه اكتشافي، تأييدي و تحليل عاملي انجام شده، منجر به شناسايي و ارائه الگوي راهبردي در حوزه امنيت سياسي مبتني بر هفت بُعد راهبردي، پنجاه مؤلفه (شاخص) و چندين زيرمؤلفه گرديد. درضمن در فرجام تحقيق پيشنهادهايي براي اجرايي نمودن راهبردهاي هفتگانه ارائه شده است، بنابراين رجاء واثق داريم هرچند ممكن است پيشنهادهاي مؤثر ديگري هم وجود داشته باشد، اميد است اين دسته از موارد نيز به همراه الگوي راهبردي ارائه شده، گامي براي تحقق امنيت سياسي پايدار براي مردم و گروه‌هاي اجتماعي گوناگون در جمهوري اسلامي در فرايند تأمين عدالت سياسي باشد.

To be exploited. The statistical population of this study is 49 elites and experts in the field of political security in the country, who by exploratory study and taking notes of the content of documents, sources and authoritative scientific works related to the subject of the dissertation in libraries, sites and also action Adequate information and data were collected in the field using questionnaire and interview tools. Finally, the results and findings of the exploratory study, confirmation and factor analysis, led to the identification and presentation of a strategic model in the field of political security based on seven strategic dimensions, fifty components (indicators) and several subcomponents. At the end of the research, suggestions have been made to implement the seven strategies, so we hope that although there may be other effective suggestions, we hope that these cases, along with the presented strategic model, will be a step towards achieving lasting political security for the people. an‎d various social groups in the Islamic Republic in the process of providing political justice.
