ارائه راهبردهاي حفظ و تداوم نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي ايران(با تاكيد بر افزايش اقتدار)

Introducing Strategies for Preserving and Sustaining the Holy System of the Islamic Republic of Iran (with Emphasis on Increasing Authority)

هر نظام سياسي داراي 4 ركن مشروعيت، مقبوليت، اقتدار و كارآمدي است. ركن سوم يعني اقتدار ارتباط نزديك و مستقيمي با بقاي نظام دارد. بديهي است افزايش اقتدار هر نظام مي‌تواند در حفظ و تداوم آن نقش بسزايي داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوين راهبردهاي حفظ و تداوم نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي ايران(با تاكيد بر افزايش اقتدار) انجام شده است. روش اين پژوهش «توصيفي-تحليلي» از نوع «پيمايشي و اسنادي» است.‌ حجم جامعه آماري 50 نفر و روش نمونه گيري به صورت تمام شمار بود. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته با تعداد 59 گويه و براساس مقياس درجه‌بندي ليكرت بود كه روايي آن از طريق محتوايي(0/6=CVR) و پايايي آن از طريق آلفاي كرانباخ(0/86=α) به دست آمد. به منظور تحليل محيطي و تدوين راهبردها از تكنيك SWOT، براي ارزيابي موقعيت و اقدام راهبردي از ماتريس SPACE، براي اولويت‌بندي راهبردها از ماتريس QSPM و براي انتخاب راهبردهاي برتر، از معيار ارزيابي بحراني استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه نظام ج. ا. ا به لحاظ اقتدار با دارا بودن22نقطه قوت، 16نقطه ضعف، 14فرصت و 15تهديد در موقعيت راهبردي تهاجمي قرار دارد. اجراي 13راهبرد برتر تدوين شده به ترتيب اولويت مي‌تواند بيشترين تاثير را در افزايش اقتدار نظام ج. ا. ا و به تبع آن حفظ و تداوم اين نظام داشته و موقعيت راهبردي آن را به وضعيت مطلوب، بهبود بخشد. برترين راهبرد اين مجموعه تلاش براي دستيابي نظام ج. ا. ا به جايگاه اول منطقه در همه ابعاد است.

Every political system has four pillars of legitimacy, acceptance, authority and efficiency. The authority, has a direct and direct relation to the survival of the system. Obviously, increasing the authority of any system can play an important role in maintaining it. The purpose of this study was to develop strategies for maintaining and maintaining the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran (with emphasis on increasing authority). The method of this research is "descriptive-analytical" type "survey and documents". The population of the study was 50 people and the sampling method was complete. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with 59 items based on Likert rating scale. Its validity was obtained through content (CVR = 0.6) and its reliability through Cronbach''s alpha (α = 0.86). SWOT technique was used to analyze the environment and formulate strategies, to evaluate the position and strategic action of the SPACE matrix, to prioritize strategies from the QSPM matrix, and to select the best strategies, the critical evaluation criteria were used. The results showed that the I. R. I With 22 strengths, 16 weaknesses, 14 opportunities and 15 threats, it is in a mild offensive strategic position. The implementation of the top 13 strategies formulated in order of priority can have the greatest impact on increasing the authority of the I. R. I system. an‎d consequently maintain and maintain this system and improve its strategic position to the desired situation.The top strategy from this series is try for achieve first place in the region.
