The social meaning of work with the staff of Royan Research Institute (RRI) affiliated with the ACECR

مقاله حاضر با هدفِ ارائه معنايِ اجتماعي «كار» نزدِ كاركنان پژوهشگاه رويان درصددِ پاسخگويي به اين سؤال مي باشد كه: «كار» نزدِ كاركنان پژوهشگاه رويان چه معنايي داشته و پديده مركزي، مقوله هسته و مقولات محوري و عمده پيرامون معنايِ «كار» نزدِ كاركنان پژوهشگاه رويان كدامها هستند؟ روش به كاربسته با توجه به مسئله و سؤال پژوهش؛ همچنين استراتژي اتخاذ شده، گرندد تئوري يا نظريه­ برپايه بوده و جمع ­آوري اطلاعات نيز از طريق تكنيك مصاحبه عميق صورت گرفته است. «كار» در پژوهشگاه رويان؛ در قالب دو فرآيند «فعّاليّت­ هاي علمي» و «فعّاليّت­ هاي اجرايي» به صورت همزمان و به موازات هم در جريان بوده و در مواجهه با زمينه ­ها؛ معاني متفاوت هفت­ گانه پيدا مي كند. در سطح اوّل يا در بُعد ارگانيستي، «كار» معني «فعّاليّت»؛ در سطح دوّم يا خانواده معني «معيشت»؛ در سطح سوّم يا بعد اجتماعي «كار» معني «خدمت»؛ در بُعد سازماني و در سطح چهارم «كار» معني اعتلاي سازمان و انجام «مأموريت»؛ در بعد ملّي و در سطح پنجم «كار» معني «جسارت»؛ در زمينه بين ­المللي و در سطح ششم «كار» معني «عزّت»؛ و در آخرين سطح يا بُعد معنوي؛ «كار» معني «عبادت» مي­ دهد. در تمامي سطوح هفت ­گانه، «كار» معنيِ رفع نيازي اساسي مي ­دهد. پديده­­ مركزيِ برآمده از داده ­ها «رويش مبارك» مي ­باشد؛ كه هم وجه تقدّس و تبّرك دارد و هم حكايت از حركت و رشد مي ­باشد. اين دو وجه چنان در هم تنيده ­اند كه تصور يكي بدون ديگري معني ندارد.

The present article aims to provide the social meaning of "work" to the staff of Royan Research Institute (RRI) to answer the question that: What does "work" mean for the staff of (RRI) and what are the central phenomenon, the core category and the central categories around the meaning of "work" for the staff of (RRI) ? The method used according to the research problem and question; Also, the adopted strategy is based on a grounded theory and the information is collected through an in-depth interview technique. "Work" at (RRI); In the form of two processes, "scientific activities" and "executive activities" are going on simultaneously and in parallel and in the face of the fields; It has seven different meanings. At the first level or in the organic dimension, "work" means "activity"; At the second level or family means "livelihood"; At the third or social level, "work" means "service"; In the organizational dimension and in the fourth level, "work" means the promotion of the organization and the fulfillment of the "mission"; In the national dimension and in the fifth level, "work" means "courage"; In the international context and at the sixth level, "work" means "honor"; an‎d at the last level or spiritual dimension; "Work" means "worship." At all seven weekly levels, "work" means meeting a basic need. The central phenomenon derived from the data is "happy growth"; At all seven weekly levels, "work" means meeting a basic need.
