بررسي تجربي تاثيرپذيري رفاه جامعه اسلامي از عقلانيت اقتصادي اسلامي

Experimental study of the impact of the welfare of the Islamic society on Islamic economic rationality

يكي از الزامات تحقق كامل الگوي اسلامي ايراني پيشرفت، حركت به سمت سبك زندگي اسلامي مي‌باشد و توجه به عقلانيت اقتصادي اسلامي، مسير فوق را هموارتر مي‌نمايد، هدف از اين مقاله بررسي تجربي نقش عقلانيت اقتصادي اسلامي بر بهبود رفاه جامعه اسلامي در راستاي تحقق الگوي اسلامي ايراني پيشرفت مي‌باشد. توجه بيش از پيش به عقلانيت اقتصادي صرف و عدم دستيابي به موفقيت در بهبود رفاه در جامعه، اهميت و ضرورت چنين پژوهش‌هايي را نشان مي‌دهد. از اين رو پس ازطرح چارچوب نظري، مبتني بر آيات و روايات و مباني اقتصاد اسلامي و اقتصاد متعارف، با استفاده از روش گشتاور تعميم‌يافته به بررسي مشاهدات تجربي مربوط به 24 استان ايران در دوره زماني 1390-1394 پرداخته شده است. مهمترين فرضيه اين پژوهش، بررسي نقش مثبت عقلانيت اقتصادي اسلامي بر جامعه اسلامي مي‌باشد كه يافته‌هاي تحقيق، تاييدكننده فرضيه مذكور هستند. به عبارت ديگر، نتايج اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه افزايش انفاق، تاثير مثبتي بر كاهش ضريب جيني و در نتيجه بهبود توزيع درآمد داشته است. بر اين اساس هر چه كه جامعه از عقلانيت اقتصادي اسلامي بالاتري برخوردار باشد، توزيع درآمد از روند مناسب‌تري برخوردار بوده و يكي از شاخصهاي رفاه جامعه اسلامي بهبود مي‌يابد؛ از ديگر نتايج اين تحقيق مي‌توان به تاييد فرضيه كوزنتس و تاثير مثبت افزايش نرخ بيكاري بر افزايش ضريب جيني اشاره كرد. از اين رو، پيشنهاد نهادينه كردن و تقويت عقلانيت اقتصادي اسلامي در جامعه جهت افزايش رفاه جامعه اسلامي داده مي‌شود.

One of the requirements for the full realization of the Iranian Islamic model of progress is to move towards the Islamic way of life and paying attention to Islamic economic rationality makes the above path smoother.The purpose of this article is to empirically study the role of Islamic economic rationality on improving the welfare of Islamic society. Increasing attention to mere economic rationality and the lack of success in improving welfare in society shows the importance and necessity of such research. Therefore, after designing a theoretical framework, based on verses and hadiths and the basics of Islamic economics and conventional economics, using the generalized torque method, experimental observations of 24 provinces of Iran in the period 2015-2011 have been studied. The most important hypothesis of this research is the study of the positive role of Islamic economic rationality on the Islamic society that the findings of the research confirm this hypothesis. In other words, the results of this study show that increasing charity has a positive effect on reducing the Gini coefficient and thus improving income distribution. Accordingly, the higher the Islamic economic rationality of the society, the more appropriate the distribution of income is and one of the indicators of the welfare of the Islamic society improves; Other results of this study confirm the Kuznets hypothesis and the positive effect of rising unemployment on increasing the Gini coefficient. Therefore, it is proposed to institutionalize and strengthen Islamic economic rationality in society to increase the welfare of Islamic society.
