چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﯿﺪاري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﺳﺎل 2011 اﮐﺜﺮ ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎي ﻋﺮب را در ﻏﺮب آﺳﯿﺎ و ﺷﻤﺎل آﻓﺮﯾﻘﺎ درﺑﺮﮔﺮﻓﺖ، ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ را وارد ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﻧﻮﯾﻨﯽ ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﻮأﻣﺎن، ﻣﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻧﻈﻢ و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﺑﺎزﯾﮕﺮان ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪاي ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎط، اﻣﺎرات ﻣﺘﺤﺪه ﻋﺮﺑﯽ ﺳﻌﯽ دارد ﻋﻠﯽ رﻏﻢ ﮐﺎﺳﺘﯽﻫﺎي ذاﺗﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻇﺎﻫﺮﺷﺪن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﺑﺎزﯾﮕﺮ ﺑﺰرگ، در ﭘﺮﺗﻮ ﺗﺤﻮﻻت ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از ﺑﯿﺪاري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﻣﺬﮐﻮر در ﻗﺎﻣﺖ ﯾﮏ ﺑﺎزﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪاي ﻇﺎﻫﺮ ﺷﻮد. ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﻣﺎرات در ﺑﺤﺮﯾﻦ، ﻫﻤﮑﺎري ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ آن ﺑﺎ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻧﺎﺗﻮ در ﺳﺮﻧﮕﻮﻧﯽ رژﯾﻢ ﻗﺬاﻓﯽ، ﺣﻀﻮر در ﺣﻤﻠﻪ اﺋﺘﻼف ﺑﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﺖ رﻫﺒﺮي آﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻬﺎﻧﻪ و ادﻋﺎي ﻣﺒﺎرزه ﺑﺎ داﻋﺶ، ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﻓﻌﺎل در اﺋﺘﻼف ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻋﺮﺑﯽ ﺣﻤﻠﻪﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﯾﻤﻦ، آﺷﮑﺎرﺷﺪن ﻣﻮاﺿﻊ ﺧﺼﻤﺎﻧﻪ آن ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻗﻄﺮ ﭘﺲ از اﻓﺸﺎي ﻣﺤﺘﻮﯾﺎت راﯾﺎﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﻔﯿﺮ اﯾﻦ ﮐﺸﻮر در آﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ و ...، ﻧﺸﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎﯾﯽ از ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ رﻓﺘﺎر اﻣﺎرات در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ و ﻋﺰم راﺳﺦ دوﻟﺖ ﻣﺮدان اﯾﻦ ﮐﺸﻮر ﺑﺮاي ارﺗﻘﺎي ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه آن ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺎم ﯾﮏ ﺑﺎزﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪاي اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻮﺷﺘﺎر ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻗﺼﺪ دارد در ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ رﺋﺎﻟﯿﺴﻢ ﺗﻬﺎﺟﻤﯽ، ﮔﺎم ﺑﻠﻨﺪ اﻣﺎرات ﻣﺘﺤﺪه ﻋﺮﺑﯽ را ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪن ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎزﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪاي در ﺧﺎورﻣﯿﺎﻧﻪ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ، ﻣﻮردﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار دﻫﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Islamic awareness, which in 2011, introduced most Arab countries in West Asia and North Africa, introduced the region to a modern stage, which constituted the change in the order and behavior of some regional actors. In this regard, the United Arab Emirates tries to appear in the light of the developments from the Islamic awakening in spite of the inherent shortcomings to appear as a great actor. The UAE military intervention in Bahrain, its military cooperation with NATO forces in the overthrow of Ghazzafi regime, attending an international coalition attack under the leadership of the United States on the pretext and claim to fight ISIS, the active participation in the coalition of the Arab forces attacking Yemen, revealing hostile positions It is compared to Qatar after exposing the contents of the ambassador to the country in the United States, and ... signs of the change in the behavior of the UAE in the new conditions and the resolve of the state of the state to promote its place as a regional actor. The present paper plans to examine the UAE's long emirate step in the framework of aggressive realism in the context of the United Arab Emirates to convert to a regional actor in the new Middle East.
