بررسي تاثير مهارت هاي آينده پژوهي در تعالي منابع انساني (شركت هاي كاشي و سراميك استان يزد)

Investigating the ability to predict human resource excellence through futures study skills in ceramic tile companies of Yazd province

زمينه: منابع انساني با كيفيت مهم‌ترين منبع هر شركت است و صنايع پيشرو با درك اين واقعيت، تلاش وصف‌ناپذيري جهت به-كارگيري بهينه اين منبع كليدي براي رسيدن به اهداف خود مبذول داشته‌اند. لذا پژوهش حاضر با توان پيش بيني تعالي منابع انساني از طريق مهارت‌هاي آينده‌پژوهي در شركت‌هاي كاشي و سراميك استان يزد انجام شد. روش: اين پژوهش، از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نوع توصيفي-همبستگي مي باشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش مديران و پرسنل شركت‌هاي كاشي و سراميك استان يزد است كه تعداد آن‌ها 22000 نفر مي باشد و با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان، حداقل تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب و تعداد390 پرسشنامه براساس يك فرآيند نمونه گيري دردسترس، توزيع و داده ها جمع آوري گرديد. گردآوري اطلاعات به روش ميداني صورت پذيرفت و ابزارگردآوري، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شده بود. درتجزيه وتحليل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS براي آزمون فرضيه‌ها و مدل مفهومي پژوهش و از SmartPLS براي روايي و پايايي پرسشنامه استفاده گرديد. يافته ها: يافته ها نشان داد كه ضريب همبستگي بين مهارت‌هاي آينده پژوهي و تعالي منابع انساني و همچنين ساير ابعاد آينده پژوهي و تعالي منابع انساني معنادار مي باشدو مهارت‌هاي آينده‌پژوهي 25/3 درصد توان پيش‌بيني تعالي منابع انساني كاشي و سراميك استان يزد را دارد. نتيجه گيري: مديران شركتهاي كاشي و سراميك مي توانند براساس روند كاري گذشته، شناسايي سيگنالهاي تغيير كنوني وضعيت هاي محتمل و قابل رخ دادن در آينده و همچنين شكل بخشيدن به دنياي مطلوب فردا به تعالي منابع انساني دست پيدا كنند.

Background:Quality human resources are the most important resource of any company and leading industries,realizing this fact,have made an indescribable effort to make optimal use of this key resource to achieve their goals.Therefore,the present study was conducted with the ability to predict human resource excellence through futures study skills in ceramic tile companies of Yazd province. Method:This research is applied in terms of purpose and is from a descriptive-correlational type.The statistical population of this study is the managers and personnel of ceramic tile companies of Yazd province,whose number is 22,000people and using Krejcie and Morgan table,at least384people were selected as a statistical sample and 390 questionnaires were collected based on an available sampling process,distribution, and data. Data collection was done by the field method and the collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire.In data analysis,the SPSS software was used to test the hypotheses and conceptual model of the research,and the SmartPLS was used for the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Findings:The findings showed that the correlation coefficient between futures study skills and human resource excellence as well as other dimensions of futures study and human resource excellence is significant and future study skills have25.3%of the ability to predict the human resource excellence of ceramic tiles of Yazd province. Conclusion:The managers of ceramic tile companies can achieve human resource excellence based on the past work process to identify the current changes signals of possible situations that may occur in the future,as well as to shape the desired world of tomorrow.
