تحليلي بر وضعيت گردشگري استان يزد در افق 1404 با استفاده از پويايي‌هاي سيستم

An analysiz on Yazd province tourism in 1404 by system dynamics

در سند جامع توسعه ملي گردشگري ايران آمده است كه اين كشور در پايان برنامه هفتم توسعه كه مصادف با سند چشم‌انداز بيست‌ساله است، بايد به سالانه 20 ميليون گردشگر ورودي دست پيدا كند. در ميان استان‌هاي گردشگر پذير كشورمان استان يزد، جلوه‌هايي‌ از باشكوه‌ترين‌ ادوار مختلف‌ تاريخي‌ ايران‌ را در خود جاي‌ داده‌‌ كه خود نشان گر جايگاه و اهميت اين استان است. لذا اين تحقيق بدنبال ارائه مدلي پويا جهت تخمين تعداد گردشگر خارجي ورودي به استان يزد در افق1404با ادامه روند فعلي و نيز بررسي تاثير سناريوهاي احتمالي مي باشد. اين پژوهش به لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از حيث روش تحقيق جزء مطالعات كيفي و از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي است كه ابتدا با استفاده از منابع و ادبيات موجود در زمينه معيارهاي سنجش وضعيت گردشگري يك منطقه و همچنين مصاحبه با بيش از 20تن از خبرگان گردشگري يزد به شناسايي شاخص‌هاي مؤثر بر روند گردشگري استان مثل امنيت، حمل و نقل و ... پرداخته است. در ادامه با بررسي مقدار كنوني و تاثير اين متغيرها بر يكديگر، به طراحي مدل علي-معلولي آن‌ها پرداخته و مدل جريان نيز طراحي و در نرم‌افزار ونسيم اجرا گرديد. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد با روند فعلي، استان يزد در افق1404به جاي حداقل ورود1.3ميليون گردشگر خارجي،حداكثر پذيراي يك‌صدهزار گردشگر خارجي خواهد بود.كه با اين نتيجه، چند وضعيت ديگر از متغيرها در قالب سناريو مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و پيشنهاداتي نظير تمركز بر تربيت نيروي انساني ماهر،تبليغات موثر و هدفمند صورت پذيرفت. همچنين آزمون اعتبار سنجي و حساسيت مدل نشان از معتبر بودن آن دارد.

The national development comprehensive document has mentioned that Iran must at the end of seventh development program in 1404 achieve to 20 million foreign tourists, Among our touristic provinces, Yazd province have a glorious aspects of historical civilization of Iran. So it is very important we study the current situation and future of tourism in this province. So this study is going to find a dynamic model to estimate foreign incoming tourist to Yazd in 1404 with current situation and checking the probable scenarios.this research is applied by pupose and qualitative study by methodology and descriptive analytic. At the beginning by tourism research literature and resources for determining the tourism situation of a region and interviews with 20 Yazd tourism experts, try to fine out the effective variables of Yazd such as security, transportation … In next step by variables quantities and their effects on each others, its causal loops diagram designed and the flow diagram ran in vensim software. The results shows by current tourism situation of Yazd continue till 1404, instead of at least 1.3 millions foreign tourists at most will achieve to 100,000 foreign tourists. By this result, another couple of variables`s situations in scenarios form researched and offered some suggestions such as focus on human resources training, effective and meaningful advertisement, reinforcement the private section … and also reliability and stability of model confirmed.
