The Role of E-learning Future Studies in Entrepreneurship Development: A qualitative Research

زمينه:آينده پژوهي؛دانش تحليل،طراحي وبرپايي هوشمندانه آينده است وآموزش مجازي به عنوان،رويكردي نوين در توسعه كار آفريني به يكي از مهم ترين روش هاي آموزشي درحوزه ي فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات با برداشتن زمان و مكان و دست يابي به فرصت هاي آموزشي متنوع،نيازمند مفهومي براي ايجاد تصويري از آينده براي بهبود و كار آفريني مي باشد.هدف: اين پژوهش باهدف بررسي نقش آينده پژوهي آموزش مجازي درتوسعه كار آفريني صورت گرفت.روش: باتوجه به هدف وماهيت پژوهش ازروش پژوهش تركيبي يا آميخته با تلفيق روش هاي كيفي وكمي استفاده شده است.جامعه آماري در بخش كيفي،18 نفراز خبرگان،صاحبان نظران،روساي دانشگاه كه باروش نمونه گيري گلوله برفي ودرقسمت كمي،اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه هاي خراسان شمالي به تعداد 224 نفر با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي متناسب باحجم دانشكده ها انتخاب شدند.براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شدوجهت پايايي نيز با استفاده ازآزمون آلفاي كرونباخ،ضريب پايايي هر مقوله بدست آمدكه يافته ها نشان داداين ضريب براي تمام مولفه ها بيشتر از 0/7 است.روش تجزيه وتحليل داده هاي مصاحبه دربخش كيفي،كدگذاري باز،محوري وانتخابي ودربخش كمي تحليل عاملي تائيدي انتخاب شده است.نتايج نشان داد كه براي مولفه توسعه كارآفريني 117 كد باز درقالب دومقوله(شاخص دروني و بيروني) ومولفه آينده پژوهي آموزش مجازي 62 كد باز در قالب دو مولفه(راهبردهاي كيفيت بخشي در جهت توسعه آموزش مجازي و زيرساختارهاي آموزش مجازي) شناسايي شد.نتايج تحليل عاملي مرتبه دوم نيز نشان داد كه مولفه هاي توسعه كارآفريني، مولفه توانمندي كارآفريني بيشترين اهميت و فرهنگ كارآفريني با ضريب 0,58 در كمترين اهميت را در مدل دارند.

Background:Future Studies;The knowledge of analysis,design and intelligent establishment of the future,and E-learning as one of the most important educational methods in the field of information andcommunication technology,by removing time and place and achieving various educational opportunities,requires a concept to create an image of the future for improvement and entrepreneurship.Objective:This study aims to investigate the role of future studies of E-learning in entrepreneurship development.Method:In this study,ccording to the purpose and nature of the research,the combined research method has been used with a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.In statistical population of the qualitative section,18experts,pundits,university chancellors and elites of the scientific community were chosen by snowball sampling method;and in a quantitative part,224faculty members of North Khorasan universities was selected by stratified random sampling according to the size of the colleges.For data collection,a researcher-made interview and a questionnaire were used.The reliability coefficientofeach category was obtained by using Cronbach's alpha test Results:The results present that this coefficient is morethan0.7forallcomponents.The analysis methodof interview data, in the qualitative part, has been selected open, axial and selective coding and in the quantitative part has been selected the confirmatory factor analysis present that117opencodeswasidentifiedintheformoftwocomponents(externaland internal indicator)and entrepreneurship development component of E-learning was identified 62open codes was identified in the form of two components(quality strategies for the development of E-learning and E-learning substructures)The results of factor analysis of the second order also confirm that the components of entrepreneurship development,ntrepreneurship capability component is the most important and entrepreneurial culture with the coefficient of0.58is the least important in the model.
