بررسي سرگشتگي و تصميم در رمان جزيرة سرگرداني بر اساس اصول روان‌ درماني اگزيستانسيال (آراء اروين يالوم)

Investigating Confusion and Decision in “Jazireye Sargardani” Novel based on the Principles of Existential Psychology

روان درماني اگزيستانسيال جرياني در مطالعات روان‌ شناختي است كه تحت تأثير آموزه‌هاي فكري اگزيستانسياليسم در نيمة دوم قرن بيستم شكل گرفت و به‌زودي به يكي از مهم‌ترين شاخه‌هاي تحليل روان تبديل شد. از نظر اين رويكرد روان‌شناسانه، مرگ، آزادي (مسئوليت)، تنهايي و پوچي (بحران معنا) مهم‌ترين دغدغه‌هاي انسان معاصر به شمار مي‌آيند كه كيفيت مواجهة با اين دغدغه‌ها زمينه‌ساز سلامت يا اختلال در روان افراد است. رمان جزيرة سرگرداني از سيمين دانشور يكي از مهم‌ترين آثار داستاني معاصر فارسي محسوب مي‌شود كه مضمون اصلي آن سرگشتگي و حيرت سوژه‌هاي انساني در جامعة نيمه‌مدرن ايران است. نويسندة رمان در كنار توجه به مسائل مرگ، تنهايي و معناي زندگي، به‌شكل ويژه موضوع مسئوليت و تصميم را دست‌ماية داستان‌پردازي قرار داده است. اين مقاله در پي آن است تا با روش توصيفي – تحليلي و با رويكردي بينارشته‌اي موضوع سرگشتگي، مسئوليت و تصميم را در رمان جزيرة سرگرداني براساس مباني فكري روان‌شناسي وجودي بررسي نمايد و به اين پرسش پاسخ دهد كه تصميم‌هاي شخصيت‌هاي رمان يادشده ذيل كدام نوع از انواع تصميم مي‌گنجند و اين شخصيت‌ها كه هركدام به‌گونه‌اي در جايگاه انتخاب قرار دارند، براي غلبه بر اضطراب وجوديِ قرار گرفتن در موضع انتخاب، از چه ترفندي بهره مي‌گيرند. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد تصميم از نوع سرگردان بيشترين تكرار را در روايت دارد و شخصيت‌هاي رمان براي گريز از اضطراب وجودي بيشتر از ترفند جابجايي مسئوليت بهره مي‌گيرند.

Existential psychology is a trend in psychological studies that was influenced by the philosophy of existentialism in the second half of the twentieth century and soon became one of the most important branches of mental analysis. According to this psychological approach, death, freedom (responsibility), loneliness and emptiness (crisis of meaning) are the most important concerns of contemporary man, and the quality of dealing with these concerns is the cause of health or mental disorder. The novel "Wandering Island" by Daneshvar is one of the most important contemporary Persian fiction works that Its main theme is the confusion and astonishment of human subjects in the semi-modern Iranian society. In addition to paying attention to the issues of death, loneliness and the meaning of life, the author of the novel has made the subject of responsibility and decision-making a special subject of the story. This interdisciplinary research seeks to examine the subject of confusion, responsibility and decision in the novel Wandering Island based on existential psychology in a descriptive-analytical way and answer that question What types of divisions are the decisions of the characters in the novel? an‎d these characters, each in a position to choose, and Each in a position to choose, to overcome the existential anxiety of being in a position of choice, which defensive method do they use? The results show that the wandering decision type has the most repetition in the narrative, and the characters in the novel use the trick of shifting responsibility to avoid existential anxiety.
