مقايسه روش آموزش تركيبي و سنتي از بعد رضايتمندي تحصيلي دانشجويان حسابداري

Comparison of Traditional and Blended Learning Methods in terms of Academic Satisfaction of Accounting Students

پيشرفت سريع فناوري و نياز دانشجويان به ايجاد انعطاف و راحتي در آموزش، دانشگاه‌ها را ملزم به ايجاد تغييراتي در روش‌هاي آموزشي سنتي نموده است. روش آموزشي تركيبي كه از امكانات فناورانه آموزش الكترونيك و مزاياي اجتماعي روش سنتي بهره مي‌برد، پاسخي به اين نياز است. اين پژوهش، با هدف مقايسه رضايتمندي دانشجويان از آموزش تركيبي و آموزش سنتي درس حسابداري ميانه1، سعي در بررسي يك روش نوين در آموزش حسابداري دارد. در اين پژوهش شبه‌آزمايشي، 142 دانشجو از دانشگاه‌هاي مختلف در گروه‌هاي آزمايش و كنترل قرار گرفتند. محتواي الكترونيك استفاده شده در روش تركيبي پيش از نيمسال اول تحصيلي 99-98 توسط محقق آماده و پياده‌سازي شد. پس از آموزش به روش‌هاي تركيبي و سنتي، در پايان نيمسال، بوسيله پرسشنامه‌اي كه پايايي و روايي آن مورد تأييد قرار گرفت، رضايتمندي دانشجويان از زيرمقياس‌هاي نحوه برگزاري و ويژگي جلسات، ارتباطات دوره، فيلم‌هاي آموزشي و محتواي درس سنجيده شد. داده‌ها از طريق آزمون t مورد مقايسه قرار گرفت. براساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش، رضايتمندي دانشجويان از روش تركيبي نسبت به روش سنتي تفاوتي نشان نداد. اين پژوهش پيش از همه‌گيري ويروس كرونا و الزام دانشگاه‌ها به آموزش الكترونيكي انجام شد. با استفاده از نتايج اين پژوهش دانشگاه‌ها مي‌توانند در دوران پسا كرونا براي آموزش حسابداري برنامه‌ريزي بهتري داشته باشند.

The rapid advancement of technology and student needs for flexibility and convenience in education, have required universities to make changes to traditional teaching methods. The blended learning method, which uses the technological facilities of E-learning and the social benefits of the traditional learning, is a solution to meet this need. This study, with the aim of comparing students' satisfaction of blended and traditional education of Intermediate accounting 1, tries to introduce a new method for accounting education. In this quasi-experimental study, 142 students from different universities are divided into experimental and control groups. The electronic content used in the blended method is prepared and implemented by the researcher before the first semester of the 99-98. After teaching in blended and traditional methods, at the end of the semester, students' satisfaction of the manner and characteristics of meetings, course communication, educational videos and lesson content is measured by a reliable and valid questionnaire. Data is analyzed through T-test. According to the research findings, the satisfaction of students in the two groups is not significantly different. This research is conducted before the coronavirus epidemic and the requirement of universities for E-learning. Using the results of this study, universities can have better planning for accounting education in the post-corona era.
