Investigating the Effect of Some Structural Deficiencies on the Validity of the Book of Tahzib Al Ahkam

كتاب تهذيب‌الاحكام تأليف شيخ طوسي، سومين كتاب از كتب اربعه حديثي شيعه است. اين موسوعه فقهي با توجه به گستردگي روايات فقهي و به كار گرفتن روش رفع تعارض اخبار، از جايگاه ويژه‌اي نزد اكثر فقيهان و حديث‌پژوهان برخوردار است؛ امّا وجود برخي اشكال‌هاي ساختاري از قبيل فراواني تصحيف، زياده و نقيصه، ضعف سندي و مواردي ديگر از اين دست، كساني را بر آن داشته كه در اعتبار آن ترديد روا دارند. اين جستار كه از جهت گردآوري منابع، به روش كتابخانه‌اي‌ و از نظر محتوا به شيوه توصيفي- تحليلي سامان يافته، عوامل پيدايش اين كاستي‌ها و تأثير آنها بر اعتبار اين كتاب را مورد بررسي قرار داده است. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش نشان از آن دارد كه هرچند وجود برخي كاستي‌هاي ساختاري در اين كتاب، انكارناپذير است؛ امّا از آنجا كه از سويي، عوامل بيشتر اين اغلاط مانند ناخوانا بودن خط و يا اشتباهات منابع، قابل شناسايي است و از ديگر سو، راهكارهايي براي برطرف كردن بيشتر آنها وجود دارد، اين كاستي‌ها نمي‌تواند موجب ترديد در اعتبار اين كتاب شود.

The book of Tahzib Al Ahkam written by Sheikh Tusi, an encyclopedia of Shiite jurisprudence, is among the Shi'ite Four Books. The existence of some deficiencies such as distortion, additions, removals and so on had led to the emergence of different and sometimes contradictory views on the credibility of this book, to the extent that some scholars according to these shortcomings find this book invalid. This essay, using a library method and a descriptive-analytical method, examines these issues and their impact on the validity of this book. The findings of this research show that some of the weak narrations have been written in light of the motivation for writing this book, and while accepting the existence of some shortcomings, many of them were based on the style of writing and mistakes of the ascribes. Regarding the works related to the book and the works written for the purpose of eliminating such bugs, we can say: The book is usable and credible for specialists.
