چكيده فارسي :
هدف: هدف اصلي از اجراي اين پژوهش، طراحي و اعتباريابي الگوي مديريت كيفيت فعاليت‌هاي پژوهشي اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه‌ها بود؛
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش، آميخته اكتشافي بود و با 14 تن از صاحب‌نظران حوزه كيفيت پژوهشي دانشگاه‌ها، مصاحبه نيمه ساختارمند انجام گرفت. پس از اشباع نظري، ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي مديريت كيفيت فعاليت‌هاي پژوهشي اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه‌ها، استخراج و الگو طراحي شد؛ الگوي طراحي شده براي اعتباريابي در اختيار افراد مصاحبه شده قرار گرفت و 12 تن از آنها نظرات خود را (ميزان اعتبار الگو) ارائه دادند.
يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: بر اساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش، مهم‌ترين ابعاد و مؤلفه مديريت كيفيت فعاليت‌هاي پژوهشي، شامل بُعد بسترسازي (فرهنگي/ارزشي، ارتباطاتي/ اطلاعاتي، قوانين، تجهيزات، رفع موانع، منابع مالي و تخصص‌گرايي)؛ بُعد سياست‌ها و مأموريت‌ها (سياست‌ها، هدف‌ها و مأموريت)؛ بُعد برنامه‌ريزي (شناسايي مسائل و نيازها، هدف‌گذاري، تدوين برنامه، تمهيد عملياتي شدن برنامه، فعاليت‌ها و همكاري مشترك، تعيين تكاليف و وظايف)؛ بعد نظام‌هاي حمايتي-تشويقي (ايجاد مشوق و انگيزه، راهنمايي و مشاوره، كاهش درگيري‌هاي آموزشي و اجرايي، توانمندسازي و توانمنديابي و اخلاق‌گرايي) و بُعد نظارت و ارزيابي (تصحيح شاخص‌ها و فرايندهاي پژوهشي، نظارت بر فرايند پژوهشي، شناسايي و تحليل اثربخشي پژوهش‌ها، توجه به كاربست پژوهش‌ها و ارائه بازخورد) است. همچنين بررسي آماري نشان داد كه الگو از نظر صاحب‌نظران حوزه كيفيت پژوهشي دانشگاه‌ها، از اعتبار كافي و مناسب برخوردار است. براي ارتقاي كيفيت فعاليت‌هاي پژوهشي اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه‌ها، پيگيري و اجرايي كردن اين الگو راهگشا خواهد بود.
چكيده لاتين :
Objective: The main purpose of this research was to design and validate the quality management model of the research activities of university faculty members.
Methods: The research method was exploratory mixed and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 experts in the field of quality of university research. After theoretical saturation, dimensions and components of quality management of research activities of university faculty members were extracted and the model was designed. The designed model for validation was provided to the interviewees and 12 of them provided their opinions ( model validity).
Results & Conclusion: Based on the research findings, the most important dimensions and components of quality management of research activities, including dimension of )cultural / value, communication / information, laws, equipment, barriers, financial resources and specialization( dimension of policies and missions )policies, goals and mission( after planning )Identifying issues and needs, setting goals, formulating a plan, preparing the program for operation, joint activities and cooperation, assigning tasks and tasks( dimension of support-incentive systems, )creating incentives, guidance and counseling, reducing conflicts Educational and executive, empowerment and empowerment and ethics( and then monitoring and evaluation is )the correction of research indicators and processes, monitoring the research process, identifying and analyzing the effectiveness of research, paying attention to the application of research and providing feedback(.
Also, the statistical study showed that the model has sufficient and appropriate validity in the opinion of experts in the field of research quality in universities. To improve the quality of research activities of university faculty members, following and implementing this model will be helpful.
