تبيين سياست خارجي در نظريه نظام انقلابي بيانيه گام دوم از منظر تحليل گفتمان

Explaining foreign policy in the theory of the revolutionary system from the perspective of discourse analysis

نظريه نظام انقلابي به‌ عنوان يك مفهوم راهبردي در بيانيه گام دوم كه به‌معناي همزيستي انقلابي‌گري و نظام‌مندي يا جوشش انقلابي و نظم سياسي- ‌اجتماعي است از اصطلاحات و واژه‌هاي مهمي است كه پس‌از طرح، سرفصل جديدي در مطالعات سياسي و جامعه‌شناختي ايران پس‌از انقلاب گشوده‌است. از طرف ديگر بحث سياست خارجي همواره يكي از محورهاي مطالعاتي در ايران پس‌از انقلاب بوده‌است تا جايي‌كه مي‌توان انقلاب اسلامي ايران را ايجاد كننده يك شيفت پارادايمي در سياست خارجي ايران تلقي نمود. لذا در مقاله پيش رو تلاش داريم تا سياست خارجي به‌عنوان يكي از حوزه‌هاي مهم مطالعاتي در علوم سياسي و همچنين نظريه نظام انقلابي به‌عنوان جديدترين مفهوم در حوزه جامعه‌شناسي سياسي را بصورت تبيين گفتمان سياست خارجي در نظريه نظام انقلابي مورد كنكاش قرار دهيم . در همين راستا تلاش خواهيم نمود تا مفصل‌بندي گفتماني سياست خارجي در نظريه نظام انقلابي و همچنين هويت‌يابي و تثبيت معاني در اين گفتمان را مورد تحليل و تبيين قرار دهيم. مدعاي مقاله بر اين است كه دال مركزي گفتمان مورد بررسي تعامل گرايي ضد نظام سلطه بوده و بقيه دال ها همچون جهاد كبير، مقاومت گرايي فعالانه، نرمش قهرمانانه و كنشگري استراتژيك ،تحول در هندسه قدرت جهاني و شكل گيري نظم نوين اسلامي بصورت منطقي حول آن مفصل بندي شده اند، همچنين گفتمان سياست خارجي نظريه نظامي انقلابي با بهره‌گيري از عناصر بينا گفتماني و بينا متني فقه سياسي شيعه، اسناد بالادستي و قانون اساسي نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران و انديشه‌هاي امام‌خميني (ره) و آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي كه اسطوره‌ها و ذهنيت جامعه ايراني را شكل داده‌اند توانسته اعتباري براي خود در عرصه عمومي و سياست خارجي ايران فراهم آورد.

The theory of the revolutionary system as a strategic concept in the statement of the second step, which means the coexistence of revolutionaryism and systematization or revolutionary boiling and socio-political system is one of the important terms that have been opened in political and sociological studies of Iran after the revolution. On the other hand, the discussion of foreign policy has always been one of the focus of studies in post-revolutionary Iran, so much so that the Islamic Revolution of Iran can be considered as creating a paradigm shift in Iranian foreign policy. In the present article, we seek to explore foreign policy as one of the important fields of study in political science and also the theory of the revolutionary system as the latest concept in the field of political sociology as an explanation of foreign policy discourse in the theory of the revolutionary system. In this regard, I try to analyze and explain the policies of foreign discourse in the theory of the revolutionary system, as well as the identification and consolidation of meanings in this discourse. The article argues that the central signifier of the discourse is the role-orientation of the anti-domination system and the rest of the signifiers as great jihad, active resistance, heroic flexibility and strategic action, change in the geometry of world power and the formation of a new Islamic order logically around it. . Also, the foreign policy discourse of revolutionary theory has been separated by using the discursive and textual elements of Shiite political jurisprudence, the upstream documents and the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the ideas of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei who have the myths and mentality of Iranian society. Shaped has provided credit for Iran's public arena and foreign policy.
