چكيده فارسي :
همه گيري كويد-19 مراكز آموزشي را ناگزير به تلفيق آموزش برخط با روش هاي سنتي يادگيري كرده كه به علت ساختار و ماهيت خود مشكلاتي را براي معلمان و والدين به همراه داشته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر مشخص كردن مشكلات آموزش برخط از ديدگاه والدين و معلمان و پيشنهاد راهكار است. ابتدا در فاز كيفي به روش نمونه گيري هدفمند، 14 معلم و 15 والد انتخاب شدند و با آن ها مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته انجام شد. اطلاعات با روش كلايزي تحليل و مقولات اساسي ازطريق آن استخراج شد. در فاز كمي، دو پرسش نامه بر اساس همين مقولات طراحي و با نمونه گيري گلوله برفي به شكل اينترنتي روي 357 والد و 306 معلم اجرا شد. تحليل اطلاعات پس از تعيين ويژگي هاي روان سنجي پرسش نامه ها (روايي سازه به روش تحليل عاملي اكتشافي، ملاكي، محتوايي و اعتبار)، نشان داد مشكلات آموزش برخط از ديدگاه معلمان در هشت مولفه (به ترتيب اولويت: آسيب هاي استفاده افراطي دانش آموزان از اينترنت، مشكلات شبكه شاد و منابع ديجيتالي، نقض عدالت آموزشي، كمبود امكانات پايه، مشكلات فرايند ياددهي-يادگيري و سنجش، فشار شغلي، همكاري نكردن والدين و سواد رسانه اي پايين) و از ديدگاه والدين در هشت مولفه (كمبود امكانات پايه، آسيب هاي استفاده افراطي از اينترنت، كاهش كارآمدي معلم، وقفه در تحول شخصيتي دانش آموز، كاهش انگيزش، برهم خوردن نظم خانه و ناآشنايي با عناصر و مهارت هاي آموزشي والدين) مقوله بندي مي شوند. براين اساس، پيشنهاد هايي مبني بر ارتقاي سواد رسانه اي، تسهيل تعامل ميان مدرسه با والدين، بهبود پيام رسان ها، منابع آموزشي ديجيتالي و آموزش تلويزيوني، فراهم كردن امكانات پايه، ارتقاي نظارت والديني، آموزش مهارت هاي آموزش غيرحضوري، تشويق ارتباط همسالان و بهبود زمان بندي تدريس مطرح و بررسي شد.

Covid 19 pandemic has forced educational centers to combine online teaching with their traditional learning strategies. Due to its nature and structure, online teaching has caused multiple problems for both teachers and parents. This study aimed at determining online teaching problems from teachers’ and parents’ viewpoints, prioritizing them and suggesting effective solutions. First, in the qualitative phase, purposive sampling method was used to select 14 teachers and 15 parents. They were interviewed by semi-structured method and their data was analyzed using Colaizzi method to extract key categories. In the quantitative phase, two questionnaires were designed based on the extracted categories from the previous phase. Using snowball sampling method 357 parents and 306 teachers completed the questionnaires via online link. Psychometric properties of the questionnaires were evaluated (construct validity through exploratory factor analysis, criterion, content, and reliability). Data analysis showed online teaching problems from teachers’ point of view could be categorized in 8 components (i.e., harms due to students' excessive use of internet, Shād network and digital resources’ problems, violation of educational justice, poor basic facilities, problems regarding teaching-learning process and assessment, job pressure, lack of parent collaboration and low media literacy, respectively). Online teaching problems from parents ‘point of view could also be categorized in 8 components including poor basic facilities, harms due to students' excessive use of internet, decreasing the efficiency of teachers, interruption in student personality development, decreasing their motivation, disrupting the order of the home and unfamiliarity with the elements and educational skills of parents. Based on these results, suggestions on increasing media literacy, mediating school-parent relations, upgrading messengers, online sources and TV educational programs, providing basic facilities, enhancing parental supervision, instructing distance teaching techniques, prompting peer relations and time management was presented and discussed.
