چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﺴﺐﻫﺎ و اﺗﺼﺎﻻت ﭼﺴﺒﯽ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ اﯾﺠﺎد ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﭼﺸﻤﮕﯿﺮ در ﺟﺮم ﻓﻀﺎﭘﯿﻤﺎﻫﺎ و دارا ﺑﻮدن ﭼﻨﺪﯾﻦ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﺑﻄﻮر ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن )ﺧﻮاص ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﮑﯽ، اﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮑﯽ و ﺣﺮارﺗﯽ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد( ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ روشﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﺪاوﻟﯽ ﭼﻮن ﭘﺮچ ﮐﺮدن، ﺟﻮﺷﮑﺎري و ﺳﺎﯾﺮ اﺗﺼﺎﻻت ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ روش ﺑﺎ ارزش ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻮﻧﺘﺎژ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ. ﭼﺴﺐﻫﺎي ﺳﺎزهﻫﺎي ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ در ﮐﻨﺎر داﺷﺘﻦ ﺧﻮاص ﻣﻨﺤﺼﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮد، ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي ﻃﻮﻻﻧﯽ ﻣﺪت و ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ را ﻧﯿﺰ دارا ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭼﺴﺐﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﺗﺼﺎل ﺳﺎزهﻫﺎي ﻫﻢ ﺟﻨﺲ-ﻓﻠﺰي ﯾﺎ ﮐﺎﻣﭙﻮزﯾﺘﯽ و ﺳﺎزهﻫﺎي ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ ﻓﻠﺰ/ﮐﺎﻣﭙﻮزﯾﺖ ﺑﮑﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻼش ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ اﻧﻮاع ﭼﺴﺐﻫﺎ، روشﻫﺎي ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪي، ﻧﺤﻮهﻫﺎي اﻋﻤﺎل و ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد آن ﻫﺎ در اﯾﻦ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﻮد. در اداﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻓﻀﺎ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي آن ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ذرات ﺑﺎردار ﭘﺮاﻧﺮژي، ﺗﺎﺑﺶﻫﺎي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﺧﻮرﺷﯿﺪي و اﮐﺴﯿﮋن اﺗﻤﯽ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﺧﻮاص و ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺴﻢﻫﺎي ﺗﺨﺮﯾﺐ آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺤﺚ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Adhesives and adhesive joints have replaced conventional methods
such as riveting, welding, and mechanical joints as a valuable way for
assembling space structures, due to their significant reduction in
spacecraft mass and also having optimum properties (high mechanical,
electrical, and thermal properties, simultaneously, appropriate to the
application). Space adhesives, in addition to having unique properties,
have the ability to be used for a long time and are resistant to the space
environment. These adhesives are used to bond similar structures
(metal or composite) and metal / composite structures. In this research,
an attempt has been made to introduce the types of adhesives, their
production methods, and theire application. The space environment
and its components such as energetic charged particles, solar
electromagnetic radiation and atomic oxygen are introduced and
finally the effect of the components on their properties and mechanisms
of their destruction are discussed.
