چكيده فارسي :
اين مقاله به نقش و جايگاه فرهنگ دفاعي در تمدن سازي انقلاب اسلامي با نگاه به گام دوم انقلاب پرداخته و با توجه به مردم‌پايه بودن نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران بر مفاهيمي مانند؛ فرهنگ و كاركرد آن، فرهنگ دفاعي، ساخت اجتماعي در ساحت‌هاي دفاعي، كاركرد فرهنگ در استحكام ساخت دروني نظام با رويكرد فرهنگ دفاعي براي تحقق تمدن سازي منطبق با منويات مقام معظم رهبري مندرج در گام دوم انقلاب تأكيد دارد. پژوهش حاضر كه از نظر نوع، كاربردي، در صدد پاسخ به اين سؤال بوده كه «جايگاه پيشراني فرهنگ دفاعي در تحقق اهداف گام دوم چگونه است؟ از اين رو با استفاده از روش تحليل محتواي به بررسي ديدگاه‌ها و نظريات مقام معظم رهبري در گذشته و نيز بررسي محتوايي و مفهومي بيانيه گام پرداخته شده و نتيجه حاصله اين بوده كه فرهنگ دفاعي به عنوان يك پيشران زيرساختي نظري و فكري براي رسيدن به اقتدارهاي فرهنگي، علمي، اجتماعي، امنيتي، اقتصادي، سياسي و قضايي بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد. از سويي اقتدار همه جانبه مورد انتظار در گام دوم انقلاب مستلزم تحقق منويات امام خامنه اي در ابعاد هفتگانه يعني؛ عبور از مرزهاي دانش، جهاد معنوي و اخلاقي، اقتصاد درون زا، عدالت فسادستيز، مرزبندي با دشمن، استقلال مبتني برآزادي، زيست اسلامي و انقلابي (سبك زندگي) است.

This article deals with the role and position of defense culture in the civilization of the Islamic Revolution by looking at the second step of the revolution and considering the people-based system of the Islamic Republic of Iran on concepts such as; Culture and its function, defense culture, social construction in the field of defense, the function of culture in strengthening the internal structure of the system with the approach of defense culture to achieve civilization in accordance with the intentions of the Supreme Leader in the second step of the revolution.
The present study, which is applied in terms of type, seeks to answer the question: "What is the leading position of defense culture in achieving the goals of the second step?" Therefore, using the content analysis method, the views and theories of the Supreme Leader in the past as well as the content and concept of the step statement have been examined and the result is that defense culture as a theoretical and intellectual infrastructure Proponent to achieve cultural authority., Scientific, social, security, economic, political and judicial must be considered. On the other hand, the comprehensive authority expected in the second step of the revolution requires the realization of Imam Khamenei's intentions in seven dimensions, namely; Crossing the borders of knowledge, spiritual and moral jihad, endogenous economy, anti-corruption justice, demarcation with the enemy, independence based on freedom, Bio-Islamic and revolutionary (lifestyle).
