Cost Management of Preservation and Maintenance in Airlines

صنعت حمل‌ و نقل هوايي به عنوان صنعت پيشرو و اثرگذار در پيشرفت و توسعه هر كشور مطرح و وضعيت آن يكي از شاخص هاي اصلي و مهم توسعه محسوب مي‌شود. ولي با مسائل مختلفي از جمله افزايش هزينه ها مواجه است، تسلط بر ساختار هزينه‌اي شركت هاي هواپيمائي مي‌تواند نظام بهره‌برداري از هواپيما را بر اصول سيستماتيك اداره كند. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، مطالعه و بررسي مديريت هزينه در شركت هاي هواپيمايي مي‌باشد. براي حصول به اين هدف، ابتدا بامطالعه اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي و پيشينه پژوهش، روش‌هاي كاهش هزينه، شناسايي شد. سپس پرسشنامه‌اي با روش دلفي با طيف پنج گزينه‌اي ليكرت تدوين و طي سه مرحله ميان 20 نفر از خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران شركت هواپيمايي توزيع گرديد و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS، راهكارهاي كاهش هزينه شناسايي شد. سپس جهت اولويت‌بندي راهكارهاي مشخص‌شده، پرسشنامه تحليل سلسله مراتبي تهيه و در بين كاركنان متخصص يكي از شركت‌هاي هواپيمايي توزيع گرديد. نتايج پرسشنامه‌ها در نرم‌افزار Expert Choice تحليل و راهكارها در چهار بعد ساختار، نيروي انساني، تكنولوژي و بودجه‌بندي اولويت‌بندي گرديد و درنهايت با توجه به نتايج تحقيق راه‌كارهاي عملياتي بر اساس چهار بعد ارائه گرديد.

The air transport industry is considered as a forerunner and influential industry in the progress and development of any country and its status is one of the main important indicators of development. Hegemony to the cost structure of airlines can manage the aircraft operating system on a systematic basis. The purpose of this research is to explore the cost of aircraft maintenance in the airline and to provide practical solutions to reduce these costs. To achieve this purpose, first, cost reduction methods were identified by studying documents, libraries, and research background. Then, a questionnaire was developed by Delphi method with a range of 5 Likert options and was distributed in three stages among 20 experts of airlines, and cost reduction strategies were identified using SPSS Software Version 24. Afterwards, in order to prioritize the identified solutions, a hierarchical analysis questionnaire was prepared and distributed among the skilled staff of an airline. The results of the questionnaires were analyzed in Expert Choice Software and the strategies were prioritized in four dimensions: structure, manpower, technology, and budgeting. Finally, according to the research results, applicable solutions were presented based on these four dimensions.
