شناسايي گفتمان هاي شكل دهنده به همكاري هاي علمي بين المللي در آموزش عالي ايران

Identifying discourses shaping international scientific collaborations in Iranian higher education

امروزه توسعه فعاليت هاي علمي بين المللي به يكي از دغدغه هاي اصلي دانشگاه هاي برتر جهان در راستاي افزايش اعتبار، كيفيت، درآمدزايي و برندسازي تبديل شده است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي گفتمان-هاي شكل دهنده به همكاري هاي علمي بين المللي در آموزش عالي ايران انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و با رويكرد كيفي انجام شده است. گروه هدف پژوهش حاضر، مديران بخش بين الملل دانشگاه هاي دولتي كشور و صاحب نظران اين حوزه بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري هدفمند و گلوله برفي 13 نفر از مديران بخش بين الملل دانشگاه هاي دولتي و 5 نفر از صاحب نظران اين حوزه به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده ها نيز از مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته استفاده گرديد و تحليل داده ها به روش تحليل مضمون انجام شد. پس از تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي حاصل از مصاحبه، مجموع كدهاي آزاد استخراج شده از مصاحبه ها 119 كد بود كه پس از ادغام كدهاي مشابه با يكديگر در نهايت 75 كد باقي ماند كه در 6 مفهوم مشابه طبقه بندي و در نهايت گفتمان هاي شكل دهده به همكاري هاي علمي بين المللي در آموزش عالي كشور در 4گفتمان اصلي شامل: گفتمان فرهنگي، گفتمان اقتصادي، گفتمان بين المللي بودن علم و گفتمان سياسي دسته بندي شدند.

Today, the development of international scientific activities has become one of the main concerns of the world's top universities in order to increase credibility, quality, revenue generation and branding. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the discourses that shape international scientific cooperation in Iranian higher education. The present study is purposeful, applied and with a qualitative approach. The target group of the present study was the managers of the international department of the country's public universities and experts in this field. Using targeted and snowball sampling method, 13 managers of the international department of public universities and 5 experts in this field were selected as a sample. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data and data analysis was performed by content analysis. After analyzing the data obtained from the interview, the total number of free codes extracted from the interviews was 119 codes, which after merging the same codes with each other, finally remained 75 codes, which were classified in 6 similar concepts and finally discourse. Forms of international scientific cooperation in the country's higher education were categorized into four main discourses: cultural discourse, economic discourse, international discourse of science, and political discourse.
