دشمن، مخالف رشد، كمال و سعادت انسان است و از راه هاي مختلف، «دشمني» خود را ابراز مي كند به همين دليل شناخت شيوه هاي دشمنيِ دشمن و ميدان ها و زمينه‌هاي هجوم و ضربه زدن از اهيمت فراواني برخوردار است و اين نياز به داشتن بصيرت است. در عصر حاضر كه حق و باطل در هم تنيده، قدرت تشخيص سره از ناسره سلب مي‌شود بصيرت به عنوان تنها نجات دهنده به كار مي‌آيد. پژوهش حاضر يك تحقيق توصيفي است كه با هدف تببين مؤلفه‌ها و ابعاد دشمن‌شناسي و افزايش بصيرت ديني با محور قرار دادن ديدگاه قرآن و احاديث، بيانات امام خميني (رحمت ‌الله عليه) و بيانات امام خامنه‌اي‌ (مدظله‌العالي) مورد مطالعه قرار مي‌گيرد. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد دشمن شناسي در اسلام از اهميت والايي برخوردار است و از همين رو واژه عدو و اعداء در قرآن بارها تكرار شده و چهره دشمنان اسلام و راه‌هاي مقابله با شيوه‌هاي نفوذ آنان را به خوبي تبيين نموده است و امام‌خامنه‌اي نيز بر داشتن بصيرت به عنوان سلاحي محكم در مقابل دشمنان مورد تاكيد فراوان قرار دارد. بنابراين بديهي است داشتن بصيرت، برنامه ريزي و تعيين و تدوين سياست دفاعي در جهت صيانت از كيان نظام اسلامي، شناسايي دشمن و تهديدهايي كه از ناحيه او موجوديت ملي و ديني ما را تهديد مي‌كند، امري واجب است.
