The effect of means and mehods of psychological missions in controlling illegal gatherings and protests

بروز تجمعات غيرقانوني و اعتراض‌آميز همواره يكي از فرصت‌هاي مناسب دشمنان براي ايجاد ناامني و آشوب در كشورهاي مورد هدف تلقي مي‌گردد چراكه زمينه واكنش‌هاي هيجاني و خرابكارانه آن بيشتر بوده و به‌راحتي مي‌تواند بسترساز بي‌نظمي و آشوب گردد. در چنين مواقعي عمليات رواني مي‌تواند در خنثي‌سازي و كنترل اين وقايع، نقش‌آفريني نمايد. لذا اين مقاله باهدف بررسي تأثير ابزارها و روش‌هاي عمليات رواني در كنترل تجمعات غيرقانوني اعتراض‌آميز تهيه گرديده است. براي اين تحقيق از روش اسنادي و با مراجعه به منابع علمي تمام شمار 15 (مقاله، كتاب و...) و همچنين از تجارب و نظرات مسئولين و خبرگان انتظامي و امنيتي، منابع سازماني نيز در اين رابطه بهره‌گيري گرديده و مطالب آن تحليل محتوا شده است. يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق حاكي است: عوامل متعددي در شكل‌دهي تجمعات غيرقانوني و اعتراض‌آميز نقش دارند كه در اين ميان، رسانه‌هاي جمعي مهم‌ترين ابزار معاندين براي عمليات رواني محسوب شده و از طريق شايعه، فريب، تبليغات و متقاعدسازي معترضين، براي تشديد تجمعات و بروز ناامني و آشوب تلاش مي‌نمايند. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نشان داد چنانچه عمليات رواني متناسب با شرايط زماني، مكاني، علت و انگيزه نارضايتي و... صورت پذيرد، اين مقوله در كنترل و مهار تجمعات اعتراض‌آميز تأثيرگذار است و بهترين روش مقابله با عمليات‌هاي رواني بحران‌زا دشمن، بهره‌گيري متقابل از ابزارها و ظرفيت‌هاي داخلي عمليات رواني به‌خصوص رسانه‌هاي جمعي و شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي داخلي است.

Illegal gatherings and protests has always created decent opportunities for enemies to create insecurity and convulsion in the targeted countries because it provides a better room for emotional reactions and vandalism and can simply create a room for disorder and convulsion. At this time, psychological missions can play a role in defusing and controlling the problem. Therefore, this study conducted to investigate the effects of means and methods of psychological missions in controlling illegal gatherings and protests. In this study, documentary method with a reference to scientific resources no 15(article, book, etc.), experiences and ideas of authorities, elites in disciplinary and security, organizational resources is used and the information is analyzed in detail. The results of the study reveal that: there are several factors involved in the formation of illegal gatherings and protests, among so media is the most important mean for the enemies to conduct psychological missions and through rumors, misleading, advertisements, and persuading the protestors they try to worsen the gatherings and create insecurity and convulsion. The results also revealed that if a decent psychological mission that suits the time, place, reason, the motive of dissatisfaction, and etc. is conducted, it can have an effect on controlling the protests. an‎d the best way to deal with the enemies critical psychological missions is exploiting the contrary means and national capacities in conducting psychological missions particularly by using media and social networks inside the country.
