ديدگاه مديران و راهبران آموزشي در بررسي كيفيت عملكرد فارغ التحصيلان دانشگاه فرهنگيان و فارغ التحصيلان دوره يك ساله مهارت آموزي معلمي بر اساس مدل جان وايلز و جوزف باندي

Perspectives of educational administrators and leaders in evaluating the quality of performance of Farhangian University graduates and graduates of a one-year teacher training course based on the model of John Wiles and Joseph Bundy

هدف پژوهش حاضر مقايسه كيفيت عملكرد دانش‌آموختگان چهار ساله دانشگاه فرهنگيان و دانش‌آموختگان دوره يك ساله مهارت‌آموزي(ماده 28) دانشگاه فرهنگيان خراسان شمالي از منظر مديران و رهبران آموزشي براساس الگوي جان وايلز و جوزف باندي بود. روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف كاربردي و براساس روش گردآوري داده ­ها، توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي و جامعه آماري شامل 125 نفر از فارغ‌التحصيلان دوره چهارساله دانشگاه فرهنگيان و 165 نفر ازفارغ التحصيلان دوره يكساله (مهارت‌آموزي) دانشگاه فرهنگيان كه در سال تحصيلي 1397 تا 1399 در مدارس ابتدايي استان خراسان شمالي مشغول به تدريس بودند. روش نمونه گيري تصادفي‌طبقه‌اي بر اساس جدول مورگان 97 نفر فارغ‌التحصيل دوره چهارساله و 113 نفر فارغ‌التحصيل دوره يك‌ساله انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ي محقق ساخته بوده كه توسط مديران و راهبران آموزشي تكميل و گردآوري شد و بعد از تأييد روايي، پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ 0/95 به‌دست آمد. جهت تحليل آماري داده ها از نرم افزارSPSS - V23 استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد فارغ‌التحصيلان دوره چهارساله دانشگاه فرهنگيان در هر يك از شش مؤلفه ارزيابي عملكرد از ديد جان وايلز و جوزف باندي (بهسازي و آموزش، رشد حرفه‌اي،روابط انساني، امور اداري، ارزشيابي، برنامه ريزي درسي) ميانگين بالاتري نسبت به فارغ‌التحصيلان دوره يكساله (مهارت آموزي) اين دانشگاه اخذ كرده‌اند. بنابراين مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت كيفيت عملكرد فارغ‌التحصيلان دوره چهارساله دانشگاه فرهنگيان به نسبت فارغ‌التحصيلان دوره يك‌ساله (مهارت آموزي) اين دانشگاه بالاتر است.

The aim of this study was to compare the performance quality of four-year graduates of Farhangian University and graduates of one-year training course (Article 28) of Farhangian University of North Khorasan from the perspective of educational administrators and leaders based on the model of John Wales and Joseph Bundy. The research method is based on the applied purpose and based on the data collection method, a descriptive survey and statistical population including 125 graduates of the four-year course of Farhangian University and 165 graduates of the one-year course (skills training) of Farhangian University in the academic year 2018 to 2020 They were teaching in the primary schools of North Khorasan province. According to Morgan's table, 97 four-year graduates and 113 one-year graduates were selected by stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was completed and collected by educational administrators and leaders. After confirming the validity, the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.95 using Cronbach's alpha. SPSS - V23 software was used for statistical analysis of data. The results showed that the graduates of Farhangian University four-year course in each of the six components of performance appraisal from the point of view of John Wales and Joseph Bondi (improvement and education, professional growth, human relations, administrative affairs, evaluation, curriculum planning) have a higher average than the graduates. They have taken a one-year (skills training) course at this university. Therefore, it can be concluded that the quality of performance of the graduates of the four-year course of Farhangian University is higher than that of the graduates of the one-year course (skills training) of this university. Therefore, it can be concluded that the quality of performance of the graduates of the four-year course of Farhangian University is higher than that of the graduates of the one-year course (skills training) of this university.
