چكيده فارسي :
در جهان امروز پيشگيري از جرم كه با هدف كاهش فرصت ها و انگيزه اي مجرمانه انجام مي پذيرد، اهميت بسياري يافته است؛ زيرا ارتكاب جرم و بزه از راههاي مختلف صورت مي گيرد و پيچيدگي و گستردگي خاصي پيدا كرده كه كشف آن زمان زياد و هزينه هاي گزافي در پي خواهد داشت. در مقوله پيشگيري از وقوع جرم همواره بايد بر اين باور بود كه عواقب و مسئوليت هاي وقوع يك جرم در جامعه صرفاً به عهده بزهكار نيست، همان قدر كه مجرم مسئول است، ممكن است در برخي موارد، دولت، نهادهاي مدني و دولتي نيز در وقوع اين جرم نقش داشته باشند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي اقدامات پيشگيرانه پليس بر كاهش وقوع جرم است. روش تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف، كاربردي از لحاظ روش انجام توصيفي- تحليلي و از حيث شيوه گردآوري داده ها كتابخانه اي بدست آمده است. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان ميدهد انتخاب راهكارهاي پيشگيرانه، تعيين اولويت هـاي پيـشگيري، اجراي هدفمند و درنهايت كاهش وقوع جرم، به شناخت عميق ماهيت معضل موردنظر و تحليـل دقيـق و منطقه اي آن بستگي دارد. نتايج نشان داد پليس بايد نقاط جرم خيز را هدف گشت هاي خود قرار دهد و از انجا كه گشتها و اقدامات سنتي حال حاضر پليس تأثير چنداني در پيشگيري از وقوع جرايم ندارد، پليس بايد در انجام گشت‌هاي تصادفي، واكنشهاي سنتي به تماسهاي 110 و اجراي ايست و بازرسي هاي بي هدف تجديد نظر كند.

In today's world, crime prevention, which is done with the aim of reducing opportunities and criminal motives, has become very important; Because crime is committed in different ways and has a special complexity and scope,leading to the discovery of a lot of time and exorbitant costs. In the prevention of crime, it should be stated that the consequences and responsibilities of a crime in society are not solely the responsibility of the offender, as much as the offender is responsible, in some cases, the government, civil society and government institutions may be involved. This crime has a role to play. The purpose of this study is to investigate the preventive measures taken by the police to reduce the incidence of crime. The present research method is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-analytical in terms of method and library in terms of data collection method. The findings show that the choice of preventive measures, prioritization prevention, targeted implementation and ultimately crime reduction depends on a deep understanding of the nature of the problem and its precise and regional analysis. The results showed that the police should target crime hotspots, and since the current traditional patrols and actions of the police do not have much effect on crime prevention, the police should conduct random patrols, traditional reactions to 110 calls and enforcement.Useless checkpoints and inspections should be reconsidered.
