راهكارها و پيشامدهاي قاچاق كالا در شهرهاي مرزي (مطالعه موردي: شهرستان چابهار)

قاچاق كالا به‌عنوان فعاليتي غيررسمي در كيفيت زندگي شهرهاي مرزي كشور جايگاه ويژه‌اي دارد.با توجه به لزوم حذف قاچاق كالا جهت پوياي اقتصادي كشور،قدر مسلم كاهش و حذف اين فعاليت سودآور غيررسمي اقتصادي به‌صورت يك‌باره و بدون برنامه‌ريزي جهت تدارك راهكارهاي جايگزين از شهرهاي مرزي كه به دليل ضعف ساختارهاي اقتصادي،وابستگي بسياري به قاچاق كالا دارن نيازمند تحقيق و بررسي است.يكي ازاشكال قاچاق، قاچاق كالاهاي وارداتي ازسايركشورها بوده كه به دليل قيمت كم كالاها نسبت به بازار داخلي؛سود و منفعت زيادي را براي بازاريان به ارمغان مي آورد.در اين پژوهش به بررسي پيشامدهاي قاچاق و همچنين راهكارهاي پيشگيرانه و زمينه اي اين عمل كه مي‌تواند ضرباتي به اقتصاد كشور وارد نمايد پرداخته‌شده.هدف اين مقاله ارائه راهكارها و بيان پيشامدهاي قاچاق كالا در شهرهاي مرزي (مطالعه موردي:شهرستان چابهار) هست.در اين مقاله با روش اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي به دنبال ارائه پيشنهادهايي كاهش ميزان قاچاق در شهرستان چابهار هستيم.نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد رونق دادن به بازارها و بازارچه‌هاي مرزي،بهبود زيرساخت‌هاي ارتباطي و گسترش مراودات با كشورهاي ذي‌نفع در بندر چابهار براي سرمايه‌گذاري ،اشتغالزايي و ... مي‌تواند كمك زيادي به كاهش قاچاق كالا در استان و شهرستان مذبور كند.

Smuggling of goods as an informal activity has a special place in the quality of life in the country's border cities. Given the need to eliminate smuggling of goods for the economic dynamism of the country, it is clear that reducing and eliminating this lucrative informal economic activity at once and without planning to provide alternative solutions for border cities that are highly dependent on smuggling due to weak economic structures can be harmful. investigation. Residents of border areas are often people not having favorable conditions for healthy employment, so they turn to trafficking and illegal activities to earn money. Meanwhile, the high profit of smuggling is one of the most important reasons for this tendency. One form of smuggling is smuggling goods from other countries due to the low price of goods compared to those of the domestic market; It brings a lot of profit and benefit to the marketers. In this study, the consequences of trafficking as well as preventive and contextual strategies of this action that can deal blows to the country's economy have been investigated. The purpose of this article is to provide solutions and express the events of smuggling goods in border cities in Chabahar. In this article, with the method of documents and libraries, following the suggestions of reducing the amount of trafficking in Chabahar city, it is presented. The results of this study showed that the prosperity of border markets and bazaars, improving communication infrastructure and expanding relations with stakeholders in the port of Chabahar for investment, job creation, etc. can greatly help reduce smuggling in the province and city.
