Investigating the Effect of Investment in Manufacturing Technology and its Effect on Financial Performance with the Mediating Role of Manpower Training in Manufacturing Companies and Industrial Companies in Sistan and BaluchIstan Province

پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسي سرمايه‌گذاري در تكنولوژي ساخت و تأثير آن بر عملكرد آموزش نيروي انساني در شركت‌هاي توليدي و شركت‌هاي صنعتي استان سيستان و بلوچستان انجام‌ شده است. اين پژوهش ازنظر هدف كاربردي و ازنظر نحوه جمع‌آوري اطلاعات توصيفي- همبستگي هست. جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه كاركنان شاغل در شركت‌هاي توليدي و شركت‌هاي صنعتي استان سيستان و بلوچستان هست كه تعداد آن‌ها 113440 نفر مي‌باشد كه با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان تعداد 375 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب و براي توزيع پرسشنامه از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي استفاده شد. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش پرسشنامه هست كه از پرسشنامه سرمايه‌گذاري در فنّاوري ساخت (عسكري)، عملكرد مالي (فيليسيو و رودريگوئز) و آموزش نيروي انساني (سيپ) استفاده شد روايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات پنج‌تن از خبرگان اين حوزه مورد تائيد قرار گرفت. و جهت تعيين پايايي پرسشنامه‌ها از ضريب آلفاي كرون باخ استفاده گرديد. پس از جمع‌آوري پرسشنامه‌ها و مشخص شدن نرمال بودن متغير با توجه به آزمون كولموگروف-اسميرنوف با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و Lisrel از آزمون آماري ضريب همبستگي پيرسون جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و از آزمونT ، معادلات ساختاري، ضريب همبستگي و رگرسيون براي بررسي رابطه بين متغيرها استفاده گرديد. نتيجه فرضيه اصلي تحقيق نشان داد سرمايه گذاري در تكنولوژي ساخت بر عملكرد مالي با نقش ميانجي آموزش نيروي انساني در شركت هاي توليدي و شركت هاي صنعتي استان سيستان و بلوچستان تأثير معناداري دارد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of investment in manufacturing technology and its impact on financial performance with the mediating role of manpower training in manufacturing companies and industrial companies in Sistan and BaluchIstan province. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect descriptive-correlation information. The statistical population of the study is the employees of manufacturing companies and industrial companies in Sistan and BaluchIstan province, whose number is 113440 people. Using Krejcie and Morgan table, 375 people were selected as a sample and to distribute the questionnaire by stratified random sampling method. used. The data collection tool in this research is a questionnaire that used the questionnaire of investment in construction technology (Askari), financial performance (Felicio and Rodriguez) and manpower training (SIP). Validity of the questionnaire using the opinions of five experts in this field It was confirmed. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaires. After collecting the questionnaires and determining the normality of the variable according to Kolmogorov-Smirnov test using SPSS and Lisrel software, Pearson correlation coefficient test was used to analyze the data and to examine the relationship between the variables. The result of the main hypothesis of the research showed that investment in manufacturing technology has a significant effect on financial performance with the mediating role of manpower training in manufacturing companies and industrial companies in Sistan and Baluchestan province.
