چكيده فارسي :
آســيب هاي اجتماعي اگربه موقع و به هنگام شــناخته شده و پيشگيري شود،احتمال كاهش خسارت ها افزايش خواهديافت. ازگذشته تا به حال خانواده به عنوان اولين سازمان شكل گرفته درجامعه،پايه ذاربخش مهمي ازسرنوشت انسان بوده
و در تعيين سبك وخط مشي زندگي حال،آينده،محورهاي اخلاق،سلامت و عملكرد فرد درمحيط اجتماعي وشغلي اونقش بسزايي داشته است. يكي ازدغدغه هاي امروزه مقابله با آسيب هاي اجتماعي وارائه راهبردهاي عملياتي درخصوص مديريت و كاهش آن درسطح كشور مي باشد. با توجه به گزارش اخير از سازمان هاي متولي مانندبهزيستي و قوه قضايه درخصوص پيشگيري ازجرائم و آسيب هاي اجتماعي بر اساس ناسي به ترتيب اولويت اعتياد،سپس طلاق و ديگر آسيب هاي اجتماعي نو پديد مثل اعتياد به فضاي مجازي و عدم رعايت اصول اخلاقي درجامعه را درخانواده ها دانسته ودر جهت كنترل وكاهش آن ازآموزه هاي رفتاري واجتماعي استفاده مي كنند.اگر در جامعه،شهروندان،مهارت هاي خودمراقبتي با رويكرد توانمندسازي و مديريت برخود،كسب مهارت هاي تاب آوري درجهت حفظ ارزش هاي فردي و خانوادگي را در مواجهه با آسيب هاي اجتماعي آموزش بينند،مي تواندمناسب تري نتصميم را گرفته وحداقل از شيوع آن درخانواده و در نهايت درجامعه خود خودداري كنند.با توجه به اينكه استان كردستان داراي ويژگي هاي خاص فرهنگي، مذهبي و قوميتي ميباشد، اهميت بررسي آسيب هاي اجتماعي در حوزه نظم و امنيت اجتماعي شهر سنندج و راهكارهاي توانمند سازي در اين ضمينه اهميت دو چندان مييابد لذا در اين مقاله به تجزيه و تحليل و ارائه راهكار هاي متناسب با اين موضوع پرداخته مي شود.

Research method: The present research is a descriptive-analytical, objective and applied research. The method for collecting information is documentary and library studies. RESULTS: Based on the findings of this study, the need to prevent crime, fight against corruption and the proper implementation of judicial justice So that most countries and the International Criminal Tribunal, in their laws and regulations, will be specially and independently committed to protecting the crimes of justice for justice. A topic that has not been researched in Iran so far has been limited to several dispersed articles. It is recommended that a separate chapter of the Islamic Penal Code be allocated to this issue in order to fair and fair trial of the Iranian authorities.
