چكيده فارسي :
اين روزها در معرض آلودگي يك اپيدمي به نام كرونا هستيم.در همين حال،مدام خبرها و گزارش هايي از آمار مبتلايان،افراد مشكوك به آلودگي،قربانيان و سرايت هراسناك آن از شهري به شهر ديگر،ازاستاني به استان ديگر و ازسرزميني به سرزميني ديگربه گوش ميرسد و در استان كردستان نيز ويروس كرونا موجب تاثير پذيري مردم از اين ويروس شده است و فرماندهي انتظامي استان كردستان با شيوع كرونا ويروس اقدامات اساسي جهت پيشگيري و شيوع اين ويروس انجام داده است. تاكنون مباحث متعددي پيرامون پيامدهاي كرونا ويروس درايران مطرح شده‌است؛ با اين وجود پرداختن به پيامدهاي اجتماعي و آثار يك هبرجامعه و فرهنگ
آن دارد ازاهميت زيادي برخورداراست. در بررسي بحران‌ها و مخاطرات اين كه يك بحران چقدر به طول انجاميده است اهميت ندارد بلكه اين كه چه خساراتي به بار آورده و هزينه اين خسارات چه قدراست مهم است. اين تحقيق پيامدهاي سياسي،اجتماعي و فرهنگي پاندومي كرونا ويروس با نگاهي به اقدامات انجام شده در فرماندهي انتظامي استان كردستان را بررسي مي كند.
براي آسيب پذيري جوامع در مقابل بحران،شاخص هايي تعريف شده است. اين شاخص هاعبارت نداز: عوامل دموگرافيك (مثل سن،جنس،شغل،ميزان تحصيلات،محل سكونت)،ميزان رشدجمعيت،وضعيت حاشيه نشيني،شرايط اقتصادي،ميزان توسعه يافتگي و شاخصهاي مربوطه در آن جامعه،تغييرات محيطي مثل تغييرات آب و هوايي،فرسايش خاك و جنگل زدايي؛عوامل سياسي؛ميزان سرمايه و داراييها؛ميزان اهميت تحقيق و آموزش درحيطه هاي مرتبط و در نهايت ميزان تعامل همه عوامل فوق با علل موجدسوانح و بلايا. بر اين اساس در ادامه با بررسي مصاديقي از واكنش هاي جامعه به بحران كرونا ويروس پيامدهاي اجتماعي آن مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد.

Indicators have been defined for the vulnerability of societies to crisis.These indicators include demographic factors (such as age, gender, occupation, level of education, place of residence), population growth rate, marginal status, economic conditions, level of development and related indicators in that society, environmental changes such as Climate change, soil erosion and deforestation; Political factors; The amount of capital and assets; The importance of research and education in related fields and finally the degree of interaction of all the above factors with the causes of accidents and disasters.The community's reactions to the Coronavirus crisis are examining its social consequences.
