تأثير تعاملات پليس با مردم با رويكرد ايجاد زمينه‌هاي اجرايي پليس ترميمي

The effect of police interactions with the people with the approach of creating the executive grounds of the restorative police

زمينه و هدف: در عصر حاضر، كشورها با افزايش ملموس جرائم مواجه شده‌اند كه اين امر باعث ناامني و بي‌اعتمادي به پليس در جامعه شده است. در مورد مقابله با اين ناامني و بي‌اعتمادي دولت‌ها تصميم به تمركززدائي از پليس و همچنين قائل شدن نقش مهمي براي جامعه در مبارزه با جرائم شدند. همچنين نياز جامعه كنوني به الگوي پليسي متفاوت با الگوي پليس سنتي، الگوي پليس ترميمي را براي پاسخ به اين نيازها شكل داد. بنابراين ما در اين تحقيق به بررسي زمينه­ هاي اجرايي پليس ترميمي بر اساس جامعه آماري خواهيم پرداخت. روش: روش تحقيق توصيفي – تحليلي و پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري تحقيق كليه مراجعه‌ كنندگان به واحدهاي مشاوره و مددكاري كلانتري‌هاي شهرستان سنندج مي باشد. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول كوكران 306 نفر برآورد شده است.شيوه نمونه‌گيري تحقيق، تصادفي ساده و ابزار سنجش، پرسش‌نامه بوده است. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده­ها از نرم افزار spssو براي آزمون فرضيات از آزمون كاي دو استفاده شده است. يافته ­ها: يافته ­هاي پژوهش نشان مي­دهد با توجه به آزمون كاي دو ارتباط معناداري بين ميزان رضايت مراجعه كنندگان و ايجاد زمينه­ هاي اجرايي برنامه ­هاي ترميمي توسط پليس وجود دارد كه نشان مي­دهد پليس به خوبي زمينه ­هاي اجرايي برنامه ­هاي ترميمي را ايجاد كرده است.

background and Aim: In the present era, countries have faced a significant increase in crime, which has led to insecurity and distrust of the police in society. To address this insecurity and mistrust, governments have decided to decentralize the police as well as give society an important role to play in the fight against crime. Also, the need of the current society for a police model, different from the traditional police model, formed the model of the restorative police to meet these needs. Therefore, in this research, we will examine the executive areas of the restorative police based on the statistical population.
Method: The research method is descriptive-analytical and survey. The statistical population of the study is all those who refer to the counseling and assistance units of police stations in Sanandaj city. The sample size is estimated based on Cochran's formula of 306 people. The research sampling method was simple random and the measurement tool was a questionnaire. SPSS software was used to analyze the data and Chi-square test was used to test the hypotheses. />Findings: The findings of the study show that according to the Chi-square test, there is a significant relationship between the level of client satisfaction and the creation of grounds for the implementation of restorative programs by the police, which shows that the police have well established the grounds for the implementation of restorative programs.
