The role of smuggling in car theft (case study of Kurdistan province)

زمينه و هدف: سرقت خودرو از مهم ترين جرايم عليه اموال و مالكيت افراد است كه در اغلب موارد، وقوع آن علاوه بر ايجاد مشكلات عديده مالي و معيشتي براي مالباختگان، ميتواند به عنوان ابزار ارتكاب ساير جرايم از جمله قاچاق كالا مورد استفاده بزهكاران قرا گيرد. استفاده روز افزون قاچاقچيان از خودروهاي سرقتي سبب گرديده تا بررسي نقش قاچاق كالا در سرقت خودرو مسئله اصلي پژوهش حاضر را تشكيل دهد. روش شناسي: پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهيت كاربردي و روش انجام آن توصيفي-تحليلي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش پرسنل پليس آگاهي، مرزباني، پاوا كه با قاچاق كالا و سرقت خودرو مبارزه مي‌نمايند ، حجم نمونه نيز براساس فرمول كوكران برابر 92 نفر مي‌باشد. آمار و اطلاعات مورد نياز پژوهش از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه اي، اسنادي و مطالعات در قالب پرسشنامه جمع آوري گرديد. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات و سنجش فرض معناداري فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش از ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن و براي رتبه‌بندي نقش قاچاق كالا در سرقت خودرو از آزمون فريدمن در محيط نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. يافته ها: يافته ­هاي پژوهش نشان مي­دهد بين سه گويه سودآوري بيشتر، فرار از مجازات قانوني قاچاقچيان و مخفي ماندن هويت قاچاقچيان به ترتيب با ضريب همبستگي 0.849، 0.789 و 0.711 رابطه معنادار برقرار است. گويه فرار از مجازات نيز با ميانگين رتبه‌اي 4.24 رتبه اول را در بين سه گويه مورد بررسي به خود اختصاص داده است. نتايج: بنابراين مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت استفاده از خودرو سرقتي توسط قاچاقچيان اين امكان را فراهم مي‌نمايد كه در هنگام به دام افتادن پليس به راحتي خودرو رو رها نموده و از مجازات احتمالي فراري شوند.. به تناسب نتايج حاصله ، پيشنهادات كاربردي تحقيق و پيشنهاداتي براي تحقيقات آتي بيان و در فصل پنجم ارائه گرديده است و بازبيني قوانين و مقررات موجود در زمينه نقش خودرو و ماليكت آن مي‌تواند بر كاهش استفاده قاچاقچيان از خودرو سرقتي براي جابه‌جايي كالاي قاچاق تاثيرگذار باشد.

background and Aim: Car theft is one of the most important crimes against property and individuals, which in most cases, in addition to creating many financial and livelihood problems for the victims, can be used as a tool to commit other crimes, including smuggling of goods. Criminals. Increasing use of stolen cars by smugglers has led to the study of the role of smuggling in car theft is the main issue of the present study. Methodology: The present study is descriptive-analytical in terms of applied nature and its method. The statistical population of the study is the intelligence police, border guards, and Pava personnel who fight against smuggling of goods and car theft. The sample size according to Cochran's formula is 92 people.Statistics and information required for the research were collected through library studies, documentation and studies in the form of a questionnaire.Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the information and measure the significance of the research hypotheses. To assess the role of smuggling in car theft, Friedman test was used in SPSS software. Findings: The research findings show that there is a significant relationship between the three items of higher profitability, evasion of legal punishment of traffickers and concealment of traffickers' identities with a correlation coefficient of 0.849, 0.789 and 0.711, respectively. The item of escape from punishment with an average rank of 4.24 is ranked first among the three items examined. Results: Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of stolen cars by smugglers allows them to easily leave the car when caught by the police and escape possible punishment.In line with the results, practical research suggestions and suggestions for future research are presented in Chapter 5, and a review of existing laws and regulations on the role of the car and its ownership can reduce smugglers' use of stolen vehicles to move smuggled goods.
