بررسي جرم شناختي و جامعه شناختي وقوع سرقت‌هاي مسلحانه در سيستان و بلوچستان

Criminological and sociological study of armed robberies in Sistan and Baluchestan

وقوع سرقت، به ويژه سرقت‌هاي مسلحانه به عنوان نمود بارزي از خشونت، داراي اثرات و تبعات منفي در سطح اجتماع و بر تك تك شهروندان بوده و ارتباط مستقيمي با كاهش احساس امنيت جامعه دارد. پژوهش حاضر درصدد است كه با رويكردي جرمشناختي و جامعه شناختي به بررسي زمينه‌هاي وقوع سرقت‌هاي مسلحانه در استان سيستان وبلوچستان بپردازد. روش بكار رفته در اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي و تحليلي مي باشد؛ به نحوه‌ي كه در آن سعي شده است كه از روش-هاي استدلال و تحليل عقلاني بر پايه‌ي مطالعه‌ي اسناد و منابع كتابخانه‌اي معتبر، براي بررسي جرم شناختي زمينه-هاي وقوع سرقت‌هاي مسلحانه استفاده شود. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه عوامل متعدد فردي، محيطي و اجتماعي در وقوع سرقت‌هاي مسلحانه موثر مي باشد. بر طبق نظريه‌هاي جامعه شناختي، وجود خرده فرهنگ‌هاي مجرمانه كه داراي ارزش‌ها و هنجار‌هاي متفاوت از وجدان عمومي جامعه هستند از دلايل مبنايي وقوع اين جرم مي باشد. اين گرو‌هاي خرد مجرمانه براي رسيدن به اهداف مشروع اجتماعي مانند ثروت و منزلت، مسير‌هاي غيرقانوني مثل انجام سرقت را انتخاب مي كنند.اين افراد كه معمولا از شرايط اقتصادي و فرهنگي مناسب، خانواده حمايت كننده، فعاليت و شغل آبرومندانه و اعتقادات قوي برخوردار نيستند؛ معمولا داراي سابقه‌ي كيفري بوده و با افراد بزهكاران خطرناك ارتباط‌هاي محكمي دارند. اين افراد كه در سابق به دليل انجام جرايم سبك با واكنش قبيح اجتماع مواجهه شده‌اند؛ با در نظر گرفتن هدف‌هاي خود در زمان و مكان مناسب، اقدام به انجام سرقت مسلحانه مي كنند.

The occurrence of robbery, especially armed robberies as a manifestation of violence, has negative effects and consequences at the community level and on individual citizens and is directly related to reducing the sense of security in society. The present study seeks to investigate the occurrence of armed robbery in Sistan and Baluchestan province with a criminological and sociological approach.
The method used in this research is descriptive and analytical; In a way that has tried to use the methods of reasoning and rational analysis based on the study of documents and sources of reputable libraries, for the criminological investigation of the grounds for armed robbery.
Findings show that various individual, environmental and social factors are effective in the occurrence of armed robbery. According to sociological theories, the existence of criminal subcultures that have different values ​​and norms from the public conscience is one of the basic reasons for the occurrence of this crime. These criminal micro-groups choose illegal paths such as theft to achieve legitimate social goals such as wealth and prestige.These people usually do not have good economic and cultural conditions, a supportive family, a decent job and job, and strong beliefs; They usually have a criminal record and have strong ties to dangerous criminals. These individuals, who in the past have faced an ugly reaction from the community due to committing light crimes; They commit armed robbery at the right time and place, taking into account their goals.
