چكيده فارسي :
در شرايط كنوني نظام سلطه و استكبار جهاني با در اختيار داشتن امكانات مادي، رسانه‌اي و نفوذ در مراكز و نهادهاي تصميم‌گير جهاني، بيشترين ظلم ها را بر جوامع به اصطلاح جهان سومي وارد كرده و ثروت‌هاي اين ممالك را به تاراج مي‌برند. براي تقابل با اين رويكرد استكباري و دفاع از هويت اسلامي و رسيدن به پيشرفت‌هاي مادي و معنوي، استقرار حكومتي اسلامي و فراگير در سطح ملل اسلامي ضروري است. لذا با توجه به اهميت موضوع و با اتكاء به منظومه فكري مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله العالي) در راستاي چگونگي تحقق جامعه و تمدن اسلامي، در اين پژوهش تلاش شد كه ظرفيت‌ها و چالشهاي تحقق اين موضوع با استفاده از جمع آوري اسناد كتابخانه‌اي و به اتكاء روش توصيفي– تحليلي، بررسي گردد. از جمله نتايج يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش و در حوزه ظرفيتهاي موجود مي‌توان به وجود مشتركات اعتقادي و ديني بين ملل اسلامي، ظرفيتهاي مادي، اجتماعات و ارتباطات، راهپيمايي اربعين، نيروهاي مسلح و بسيج، گفتمان مقاومت، فضاي مجازي، علم آموزي و هنر اشاره كرد و از جمله چالشهاي پيش رو مي‌توان به تفكر جهاني شدن، مشكلات ناشي از عدم تبعيت از رهبري واحد، جنگ نرم و شبيخون فرهنگي، جدايي دين از سياست، سرسپردگي برخي ملل اسلامي به غرب و عدم استقلال آن‌ها، اختلافات مرزي و سرزميني و اختلافات قومي و مذهبي اشاره كرد. بنابراين با عنايت به اينكه رسيدن به اهداف ياد شده نيازمند استقرا يك دولت اسلامي و جهادي است، مي‌بايست در بستر انتخابات و سازو كارهاي موجود، با ارتقاء دانش و بينش سياسي عامه مردم، با روي كار آمدن مسئولاني كه ايمان به اين هدف داشته باشند، زمينه براي حركت در مسير تمدن سازي اسلامي فراهم گردد.

In the current situation, the system of global domination and arrogance, with its material and media facilities and influence in the centers and institutions of global decision-making, inflicts the most oppression on the so-called Third World societies and plunders the wealth of these countries. In order to confront this arrogant approach and defend the Islamic identity and achieve material and spiritual progress, the establishment of an inclusive Islamic government at the level of Islamic nations is essential. Therefore, considering the importance of the issue and relying on the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader (Modzaleh Al-Aali) in order to achieve the realization of Islamic society and civilization, in this study, the capacities and challenges of achieving this issue by collecting library documents and Relying on descriptive-analytical method, be investigated. Among the results of this research and in the field of existing capacities, we can mention the existence of religious and religious commonalities between Islamic nations Material Capacities, Communities and Communications, Arbaʽeen Pilgrimage, Armed Forces and Basij, Resistance Discourse, Cyberspace, Science and Art. Among the challenges ahead are globalization, the problems of disobedience to a single leadership, soft war and cultural ambush, the separation of religion from politics, the submission of some Islamic nations to the West and their lack of independence, border and territorial disputes and disputes. Ethnic and religious pointed out. Therefore, considering that achieving the mentioned goals requires the induction of an Islamic and jihadi state. It is necessary in the context of elections and existing mechanisms, by promoting public knowledge and political insight of the people, by appointing officials who have faith in this goal. To provide the ground for moving in the direction of Islamic civilization.
