بررسي تاثير طرح انضباط اجتماعي بر پيشگيري از سرقت موتورسيكلت در شهركاشان

Investigating the effect of social discipline plan on prevention of motorcycle theft in Kashan

يكي از وظايف ذاتي پليس پيشگيري از جرم است. پليس هم براي انجام اين مسوليت طرح‌هاي گوناگوني را اجرا مي‌كند. در تحقيق حاضر با هدف شناسايي ميزان تاثير اجراي طرح انضباط اجتماعي بر پيشگيري از سرقت موتورسيكلت در شهر كاشان، تاثير سه طرح مختلف بر سرقت موتورسيكلت بررسي شده است. اين تحقيق از جهت هدف كاربردي، از نظر ماهيت توصيفي، تحليلي و از منظر اجرا تركيبي است. در بخش كيفي با تعداد 15 نفر از مديران و فرماندهان انتظامي شهرستان مصاحبه انجام و سپس از نتايج آن و مباني نظري تحقيق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته طيف ليكرت 5 گزينه اي شامل 31 گويه تنظيم كه پس از تاييد روايي و پايايي ، بين نمونه آماري 108 نفره از مامورين اجراي طرح توزيع و جمع آوري گرديد. داده هاي حاصله بوسيله آزمونهاي آماري تحليل گرديد. بررسي هاي انجام شده نشان داد كه اجراي طرح ساماندهي موتورسيكلت‌سواران متخلف هيچ تاثيري بر پيشگيري از سرقت موتورسيكلت در شهر كاشان ندارد ولي اجراي دو طرح مبارزه با كيف قاپي و طرح مبارزه با مزاحمين خياباني در حد زياد بر پيشگيري از سرقت موتورسيكلت موثرند.

Introduction: One of the inherent duties of the police is crime prevention. The police also implement various plans to fulfill this responsibility. In the present study ، the effect of three different designs on motorcyclethef was investigated. Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the implementation of social discipline plan on the prevention of motorcycle theft in Kashan. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of analytical nature and combined in terms of implementation. In the qualitative section, 15 managers and law enforcement commanders of the city were interviewed and then the results and theoretical foundations of the research were made into a 5-item Likert scale researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 31 adjustment items. Executives were distributed and collected. The data were analyzed by statistical tests. Results: The social discipline plan was examined in the form of three sub-plans, including: plan to organize offending motorcyclists, plan to fight against snatched bags and plan to fight against intruders, and based on this, three sub-hypotheses were designed. Findings show that the effect of the first hypothesis on the prevention of motorcyche theft is negative and the effect of the second and third hypotheses on the prevention of motorcycle theft is positive. Results: The studies showed that the implementation of the plan to organize the offending motorcyclists has no effect on the prevention of motorcycle theft in Kashan, but the implementation of the two plan to fight against snatched bags and plan to fight against intruders, are very effective in preventing the theft of motorcycles.
