چكيده فارسي :
تشكيل حكومت اسلامي هميشه هدف مكتب اسلام بوده تا در پرتوي اين حكومت اجراي احكام و دستورات الهي به طور كامل ميسر شود. از آغاز ظهور اسلام شكل گيري تمدن اسلامي نيز وجود داشت. انقلاب اسلامي ايران نقطه عطفي براي روند رو به رشد شكل گيري تمدن اسلامي بوده و هست. رهبران انقلاب اسلامي همواره هدف انقلاب و ملت ايران را ايجاد تمدن اسلامي مي دانند.رهبري معظم انقلاب در بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب كه در بيست و دوم بهمن 1397 صادر شد توصيه هايي در جهت محقق شدن هدف تمدن اسلامي شد اين توصيه ها در هفت بند،علم و پژوهش، معنويت و اخلاق ، اقتصاد،عدالت و مبارزه با فساد،استقلال و آزادي ،عزت ملّي ،روابط خارجي و مرزبندي با دشمن ، سبك زندگي آمده است.اين توصيه هابه همه اركان و نهادها و اقشار و خصوصا جوانان شده است. در اين مقاله جايگاه جامعه اسلامي در اين مقاله روشن شده و استنادات قرآني اين بيانه به تفصيل آمده است. در جامعه اسلامي وظيفه سپرسته همه جانبه افراد و جامعه در مسير تكامل الهي به عهده حكومت است و حكومت فقط مسئوليت نظم و امنيت يا تامين رفاه مردم را ندارد.

The formation of the Islamic government has always been the goal of the school of Islam in order to fully implement the divine commands and orders in the light of this government. From the beginning of Islam, there was the formation of Islamic civilization. The Islamic Revolution of Iran has been and is a turning point for the growing process of formation of Islamic civilization. The leaders of the Islamic Revolution have always considered the goal of the Revolution and the Iranian nation to be the creation of an Islamic civilization. The Supreme Leader of the Revolution in the statement of the second step of the revolution, which was issued on February 13, 2016, became recommendations to achieve the goal of Islamic civilization. These recommendations are in seven sections: science and research, spirituality and ethics, economy, justice and fight against corruption. Independence and freedom, national dignity, foreign relations and demarcation with the enemy, lifestyle. This advice has been extended to all pillars and institutions and strata, especially the youth. In this article, the position of the Islamic society is clarified in this article and the Quranic citations of this statement are detailed. In the Islamic society, the government is responsible for the comprehensive duty of individuals and society in the path of divine evolution, and the government is not only responsible for order and security or ensuring the welfare of the people.
