مشكلات و چالش هاي توسعه حرفه اي مديران مدارس و ارائه راهكارهايي براي بهبود آن

Problems and challenges of professional development of school principals and provide solutions to improve it

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي مشكلات و چالش هاي توسعه حرفه اي مديران و ارائه راهكارهايي براي بهبود آن انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، كاربردي؛ نوع داده ها، آميخته و از نظر نحوه اجرا، توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي بوده است. در بخش كيفي، داده ها از طريق مصاحبه نيمه ساختارمند و در روش كمّي از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش از دو گروه شامل مديران ستادي و مديران مدارس مقطع متوسطه دوم تشكيل شده است. در بخش كيفي حجم نمونه 19 نفربوده اند. در بخش كمي، از بين 250 نفر جامعه آماري مديران مدارس مقطع متوسطه دوم منطقه 5 آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران، بر اساس فرمول كوكران نمونه اي به حجم 151 نفر به روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي نسبتي انتخاب شدند كه با در نظر گرفتن احتمال ريزش 200 پرسشنامه در بين مديران مدارس مقطع متوسطه دوم توزيع شد. روايي صوري پرسشنامه از طريق اجراي آزمايشي و اعمال اصلاحات مقدماتي و روايي محتوايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از قضاوت خبرگان تأييد شد. پايايي پرسشنامه بر مبناي محاسبۀ ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي بخش مشكلات و چالش هاي توسعه حرفه اي مديران مدارس 0/937 و براي بخش راهكارهاي بهبود آن 0/951 بدست آمد. داده هاي بدست آمده با استفاده از آزمون t تك نمونه‌اي و تحليل عاملي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان دهنده وجود مشكلات و چالش هايي در توسعه حرفه اي مديران مدارس از ديدگاه مديران مي باشد. در نهايت، بر اساس مشكلات و چالش هاي استخراج شده راهكارهاي پيشنهادي ارائه شد.

The present study is applied in terms of purpose; The type of data was mixed and in terms of execution, it was a descriptive survey type. In the qualitative part, the data were used through semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative method, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The statistical population of this study consists of two groups including staff managers and principals of secondary schools. e sample size was 19 people. In the quantitative part, from a statistical population of 250 secondary school principals in District 5 of Tehran, based on Cochran's formula, a sample of 151 people was selected by stratified proportional sampling method, which considering the probability of falling 200 The questionnaire was distributed among secondary school principals. Community Verified icon The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through experimental implementation and preliminary corrections and the content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using expert judgment. The reliability of the questionnaire based on the calculation of Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the problems and challenges of professional development of school principals was 0.937 and for the improvement strategies section was 0.951. The obtained data were analyzed using one-sample t-test and factor analysis. Findings indicate that there are problems and challenges in the professional development of school principals from the perspective of principals. Finally, based on the extracted problems and challenges, proposed solutions were presented.
