بررسي رابطه بين گرايش به ارتكاب جرائم و آسيب هاي اجتماعي با سكونت در مساكن مهر استان سمنان

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، بررسي رابطه بين سكونت در مسكن مهر و گرايش به ارتكاب جرايم و آسيب هاي اجتماعي در استان سمنان بوده است.در اين راستا بر اساس چارچوب نظري تحقيق دو دسته عوامل (اجتماعي و فرهنگي) به جهت سنجش رابطه بين گرايش به ارتكاب جرايم و آسيب هاي اجتماعي با سكونت در مساكن مهر استان سمنان استفاده شده است. متغيرهاي اصلي اين پژوهش شامل: گرايش به قانون گريزي و نگرش به ارزش هاي اجتماعي هستند. همچنين از متغيرهايي همچون سن، جنس، وضعيت تاهل، قوميت، مذهب، سطح تحصيلات و... به عنوان متغيرهاي زمينه اي استفاده شده است. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه ميانگين متغيرهاي نگرش به ارزش هاي اجتماعي و گرايش به قانون گريزي در بين ساكنين مسكن مهر اندكي بيشتر از ساكنين سطح شهر مي باشد. هم چنين بر اساس يافته هاي تحقيق شهرستان گرمسار از بين ساير شهرستان هاي استان سمنان، بيشترين ميزان گرايش به قانون گريزي را داشته است. در نهايت شهرستان هاي سمنان، شاهرود و دامغان در مراتب بعدي گرايش به قانون گريزي قراردارند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between residence in Mehr housing and the tendency to commit crimes and social damages in Semnan province. Based on the theoretical framework of the research, two categories of factors (social and cultural) were used to measure the relationship between The tendency to commit crimes and social harm by living in the housing of Mehr province of Semnan has been used. The main variables of this study include: tendency towards law-making and attitude towards social values. Also variables such as age, sex, marital status, ethnicity, religion, education level, etc. were used as background variables. The findings showed that the average of variables of attitude toward social values ​​and tendency to law-abiding among the inhabitants of Mehr housing is slightly higher than the residents of the city. Also, according to the research findings of Garmsar city, among the other cities of Semnan province, the most tendency to evasion law. Finally, Semnan, Shahroud and Damghan cities tend to evade
