مقدمه انقلاب ها و نظام هاي سياسي همواره در طول تاريخ با آسيب ها و چالش هايي روبرو بوده كه غالبا شناخته شده نمي باشند، و به صورت پيچيده و پنهان با چهره هاي مختلف و گوناگون، و در لباس به ظاهر حق و انقلابي جلوه گر مي شوند؛ چنانچه اين چالش ها و آسيب ها به موقع مورد شناسايي و دفع نشوند، ممكن است انقلاب را از بين ببرند و يا حداقل آن را از رسيدن به اهداف و آرمان هايش بازدارند. هدف در اين پژوهش تلاش شده است كه يكي از چاش هاي اساسي (شاخص هاي معنويت و اخلاق) ناجا كه مي توانند كارآمدي نظام را افزايش دهد و تحقق اهداف انقلاب اسلامي ايران را ميسر سازد معرفي شوند. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر، پژوهش كيفي است كه به صورت روش تحليل محتوا و اسنادي به رشته تحرير در آمده است. يافته ها نتايج به دست آمده از پژوهش حاضر حاكي از آن است كه برقراري عدالت، رفاه، امنيت آزادي ، پاسخگويي به نيازها و مطالبات مردم، جلب مشاركت، حمايت از مردم از اهداف و ارزش هايي هستند كه مورد انتظار جامعه اسلامي است و رفع اين نيازها و رسيدن به اين اهداف با ناجا ارتباط تنگاتنگي دارد. نتيجه گيري آموزش معنويت و اخلاق در كاركنان ناجا ميزان كارآمدي و موفقيت در دستيابي به اهداف انقلاب اسلامي را تسهيل مي كند.

Introduction: Revolutions and political systems have always faced harms and challenges throughout history that are often not known, and in a complex and hidden way with different faces, and in the guise of appearing right and revolutionary. Are; If these challenges and harms are not identified and repelled in time, they may destroy the revolution or at least prevent it from achieving its goals and ideals. Objective: In this study, an attempt has been made to introduce one of the basic triggers (indicators of spirituality and ethics) of NAJA that can increase the efficiency of the system and enable the realization of the goals of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. Research Method: The present study is a qualitative research that has been written as a method of content analysis and documentation. Findings: The results of the present study indicate that the establishment of justice, welfare, security of liberty, responding to the needs and demands of the people, participation, support of the people are among the goals and values ​​that are expected of the Islamic community and eliminate These needs and the achievement of these goals are closely related to the NAJA. Conclusion: Training in spirituality and ethics in NAJA staff facilitates the efficiency and success in achieving the goals of the Islamic Revolution.
