چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺮوزه ﻋﻤﺪه ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﻘﺸﯽ ﮐﻪ وﺳﺎﯾﻞ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺟﻤﻌﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻬﺪه دارﻧﺪ ﻋﺒﺎرت اﺳﺖ از ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزي آﻣﻮزش اﻃﻼع رﺳﺎﻧﯽ و اﯾ ﺠﺎد ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋ ﯽ. اﻫﻤﯿﺖ وﺳﺎﯾﻞ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ در ﺟﻮاب ﺑﻪ ﺣﺪي اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻌﻀ ﯽ از ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن و ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮان ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻄﺒﻮﻋﺎت، رادﯾﻮ ﺗﻠﻮﯾﺰﯾﻮن و ﺳﯿﻨﻤﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ آﻣﻮزش و آﻣﻮزش داﺋﻤﯽ ﻗﺎﺋﻞ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ وﺳﺎﯾﻞ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺟﻤﻌﯽ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺧﺒﺮي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ راﻫﻨﻤﺎﯾﯽ و رﻫﺒﺮ ي ﮐﻪ در ﺳﺎزﻧﺪﮔ ﯽ و آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ اﻓﺮاد ﺑﺮاي زﻧﺪﮔﯽ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋ ﯽ دارﻧﺪ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﺒﻠﯿﻐﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣ ﯽ دﻫﻨﺪ. ﻫﺮ وﺳﺎﯾﻞ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺟﻤﻌﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺟﻠﺐ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ اﯾ ﺠﺎد اﻃﻤﯿ ﻨﺎن و اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداري ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪ ، داراي ﻧﻘﺶ ﺗﺒﻠﯿﻐﺎﺗﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ در اﯾﻦ ﻣ ﯿﺎن ﺗﻠﻮﯾﺰﯾﻮن ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻣﻨﺤﺼﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮدي ﮐﻪ در ارﺳﺎل ﭘﯿﺎم ﺗﺼﻮﯾﺮي ﺑﻪ دورﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﻘﺎط ﻋﻬﺪه دارد ﯾ ﮑﯽ از ﺑﺎزوﻫﺎي ﻗﺪرﺗﻤﻨﺪ در ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﺗﺒﻠ ﯿﻐﺎت ﺑﻪ ﺷﻤﺎر ﻣﯽآﯾﺪ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ رﺳﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ي ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ ﺗﻠﻮﯾﺰﯾﻮن ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺼﻮﯾﺮ ﺻﺪا و ﺣﺮﮐﺖ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻗﻮ ي ﺗﺮﯾﻦ رﺳﺎﻧﻪ در ﺑﯿﻦ رﺳﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﺷﻮد .ﺑﻪ ﻫﺮ ﺣﺎل ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘ ﯿﻖ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﯿﺰرﻫﺎي ﺗﻠﻮﯾﺰﯾﻮﻧﯽ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ راﻫﻨﻤﺎﯾﯽ و راﻧﻨﺪﮔ ﯽ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣ ﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑ ﯽ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ در ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﻣ ﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ دارﯾ ﻢ زﻧﺪه ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﻠﻮﯾﺰﯾﻮن ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﻧﮕﺮش ﻫﺎي ﻣﺜﺒﺖ در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد و آﻧﻬﺎ را در ﭘﯿﺸﮕ ﯿﺮي از ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ راﻧﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮐﻨ ﯿﻢ.
چكيده لاتين :
Today, the main role of the mass media is to create a culture of information education and social participation. The importance of the media in response is such that some sociologists and researchers attribute the role of education and training to the press, radio and television, so mass media in addition to the important role of educational news guide and leadership in building and preparing people for life They are social and increase advertising. Any means of mass communication used to attract the attention of building trust and confidence, have a promotional role. Among these, television is one of the powerful arms in the field of advertising due to its unique feature that is responsible for sending video messages to the farthest points. In addition, compared to other mass media, television is considered to be the strongest media among the media due to the use of sound and motion image. One of the factors in reducing crime in Tehran is in addition to this research article, we have a live study of the factors that cause some positive attitudes in society in television programs and examine them in the prevention of driving crimes.
