ارائه مدل پياده‌سازي و اجراي استراتژي در سازمان‌هاي سلسله‌مراتبي ارتش در سطوح فردي و سازماني

Designing the Model of Successful Strategy Implementation and Execution in network organizations of the arm at the individual and organizational levels

يكي از مباحث اساسي در بحث برنامه ريزي استراتژيك، پياده سازي استراتژي و اجراي آن به ويژه در سازمان هاي سلسله مراتبي است. بر اين اساس پرسش اصلي تحقيق اين است كه الگوي مطلوب پياده‌سازي و اجراي استراتژي در سازمان‌هاي سلسله‌مراتبي ارتش چيست؟ اين پژوهش از نوع اكتشافي – توصيفي بوده و از نظر هدف نيز كاربردي- توسعه‌اي است،. شيوه جمع‌آوري اطلاعات اين پژوهش شامل مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي، مصاحبه با خبرگان و پرسشنامه مي‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به روش آميخته (در دو بخش كيفي و كمي) انجام گرديده است، به طوري كه با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و تحليل محتواي ادبيات پياده‌سازي و اجراي راهبرد و همچنين مصاحبه با تعداد 23 نفر از خبرگان الگوي نهايي پياده‌سازي و اجراي استراتژي ارائه شده است. همچنين در بخش كمي نيز به منظور آزمون مدل در ابتدا با توجه به جامعه آماري كه حدود 120 نفر براورد گرديده بودند، بر اساس فرمول كوكران، تعداد نمونه برابر با 92 نفر محاسبه گرديده و براي انها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ارسال شد. از اين تعداد، 83 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوري و اقدام به مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري و آزمون مدل شد. معيار نيكويي برازش براي برازش مدل كلي 0/73 محاسبه شده است كه نشان‌دهنده برازش قوي مدل مي‌باشد.

One of the main topics in the discussion of strategic planning is the implementation of the strategy and its execution, especially in hierarchical organizations. Accordingly, the main question of the research is what is the optimal pattern of implementation and execution of strategy in hierarchical organizations of the army? This research is of exploratory-descriptive type and is applied-developmental in terms of purpose. The data collection method of this research includes library studies, interviews with experts and a questionnaire. The present study was conducted by a mixed method (in both qualitative and quantitative sections), so that using library studies and content analysis of the literature, as well as interviews with 23 experts, the final model of implementation and execution of the strategy is presented. Also, in the quantitative part, in order to test the model, according to the statistical population, which was estimated to be about 120 people, based on Cochran's formula, the number of samples was calculated equal to 92 people and a researcher-made questionnaire was sent to them. Of these, 83 questionnaires were collected and structural equations were modeled and tested. The good fit criterion for the overall model fit is calculated to be 0.73, which indicates the strong fit of the model.
