درس آموخته‌هاي عملكرد فرماندهي و كنترل پدافند هوايي در دفاع مقدس

Lessons learned in the performance of command and control of air defense in sacred defense

مقاله پيش رو بر اساس طرح تحقيقاتي «بررسي عملكرد پدافند هوايي (سامانه زمين‌ به هوا و رادار) در سال‌هاي دفاع مقدس و مقايسه تطبيقي آن با پدافند هوايي عراق و درس‌هاي گرفته شده از آن جهت ارتقاء توان رزمي سازمان» به رشته تحرير درآمده است. طرح تحقيقاتي فوق با تكيه بر اساس اسناد و مدارك موجود در مراكز اسناد ارتش، سپاه، ستاد كل پدافند هوايي كشور و بهره‌گيري از تاريخ شفاهي و مشاركت و مصاحبه با فرماندهان پدافند هوايي در سال‌هاي دفاع مقدس به رشته تحرير در آمده است. در نگارش اين مقاله كه توسط نويسندگان در قرارگاه پدافند هوايي خاتم‌الانبياء(ص) آجا به ثمر رسيده است، از روش كيفي استفاده شد. انجام مصاحبه با پيشكسوتان پدافند هوايي، بهره‌گيري از كتب و منابع خارجي ترجمه شده، بهره‌گيري از دست‌نوشته‌ها و يادداشت‌هاي فرماندهان و رزمندگان پدافند هوايي به تكميل كننده خلاء‌ها و پاسخ گوي ابهامات موجود در اسناد بود. اين مقاله ضمن بررسي عملكرد پدافند هوايي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در بخش‌هاي زمين به هوا و رادار در سال‌هاي دفاع مقدس، عملكرد نيروي هوايي عراق و پدافند هوايي عراق نيز مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. شبكه فرماندهي و كنترل پدافند هوايي ايران در زمان جنگ با عراق و ابتكارات انجام شده توسط پدافند هوايي به ويژه شهيد سرلشكر منصور ستاري، نقش پدافند هوايي در برخي از عمليات‌هاي مهم و نقش پدافند هوايي در جنگ شهرها و...، عملكرد پدافند هوايي عراق در بخش رادار و زمين به هوا و... از جمله مواردي است كه در اين مقاله مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. همچنين در اين مقاله سير تطور مركز ثقل دفاع هوايي ايران از دفاع هوايي هواپايه به دفاع هوايي زمين‌پايه مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. در پايان مقاله پيشنهادات محققين براي ارتقاي توان رزم سازمان و همچنين ادامه مسير تحقيق توسط ساير محققين ارائه شده است. مسئله اصلي در اين مقاله اين بود كه:« درس آموخته‌هاي عملكرد فرماندهي و كنترل پدافند هوايي ج.ا.ا (سامانه زمين‌ به هوا و رادار) در عمليات‌ دفاع مقدس چيست؟ »

This article is based on a research project Investigating the Defense (Land-to-Air and Radar System) Performance in the Years of Holy Defense and Comparing It with Iraqi Air Defense and Lessons Learned to Improve the Organization's Combat Capacity. The above research project is based on the documentation available at the Army, Corps, Air Defense Headquarters, and using oral history and participation and interviews with air defense commanders in the years of holy defense. The qualitative method was used in the writing of this article, which was produced by the authors at Khatam al-Anbia Air Defense Base (AJA). Interviewing aviation veterans, using translated foreign books and sources, using handwritten notes and notes by air defense commanders and combatants to fill in the gaps and respond to ambiguities in the documents. This article examines the performance of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Defense in the Air and Radar Sections during the years of Holy Defense, the performance of the Iraqi Air Force and the Iraqi Air Defense. Also in this paper, the evolution of Iran's air defense center of gravity from air defense to ground air defense was investigated. At the end of the paper, researchers' suggestions for improving the organization's combat capability as well as continuing the research path are presented by other researchers.
