اهميت سامانه هاي فرماندهي و كنترل به عنوان يكي از ملزومات نيروهاي نظامي در كسب موفقيت و تحقق اهداف بر كسي مكنون نمي باشد. اين اهميت در كنار تغييرات سريع محيطي كه منجر گرديده تا با محيطهاي آنارشي و غيرخطي در كنار انبوهي از اطلاعات مواجه باشيم و همچنين روند سريع رشد فناوري و تكنولوژي، روز به روز بيشتر شده و همه دستاندركاران را بر آن داشته تا در راستاي ارتقاي عملكرد سامانه هاي فرماندهي و كنترل به صورت لحظه اي و در بازه هاي زماني كوتاه مدتبرنامه ريزي نمايند. به گونه اي كه بزرگترين ارتشها و قدرتمندترين كشورها نيز از اين موضوع مستثني نميباشند. اين تحقيق از نوع كاربردي- توسعه اي و روش توصيفي موردي و با رويكرد آميخته (كيفي/كمي) صورت پذيرفته و در ابتدا ويژگي محيط جنگهاي آينده (37 ويژگي) از مطالعه منابع احصاء گرديد و پس از دريافت تأييد خبرگان، به منظور تعيين آن دسته از ويژگيهايي كه در ارتقاي سامانه فرماندهي و كنترل مؤثر هستند، نظر حجم نمونه دريافت (28 مورد تأييد شد) و سپس به منظور دريافت مشخصات سامانه هاي فرماندهي و كنترل مجدداً نتايج حاصله به جامعه خبره ارائه گرديد. در نهايت مشخصات اعلامي جامعه خبرگي از طريق حجم نمونه مورد قضاوت پاياني قرار گرفت و در قالب 44 مشخصه با اولويت بندي تبيين و ارائه گرديده است.

Was done. Finally, the annotated profile of the expert community was judged by the sample size and presented and prioritized in 44 attributes.
