امنيت و نقش آن در ارتقاي صنعت گردشگري در بافت‌هاي تاريخي مورد پژوهش: شهر بيرجند

Security and its role in promoting the tourism industry in historic districts Case study: Birjand city

طرح مسئله امروزه گردشگري به‌طور عام و گردشگري تاريخي به‌طور خاص به‌عنوان يكي از عوامل مهم در ايجاد توسعه در شهرها مطرح است كه تحت تأثير عوامل بسيار زيادي قرار دارد. يكي از اين عوامل امنيت مكان و احساس امنيت گردشگراني است كه در اين محدوده‌ها حاضر مي‌گردند. هدف اساسي اين پژوهش بررسي جايگاه امنيت در توسعةگردشگري است كه با نشان دادن اهميت اين عامل در بافت‌هاي تاريخي به‌عنوان عامل مؤثر در بهبود وضعيت توسعه‌يافتگي به ارزيابي وضعيت آن در بافت تاريخي شهر بيرجند و ارائة راهكارهاي مناسب در جهت ارتقاي شاخص‌هاي آن مي‌پردازد. روش پژوهش روش تحقيق حاضر، توصيفي - تحليلي است و از ابزار مطالعات اسنادي و پرسشنامه براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات استفاده‌شده است. تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS و با استفاده از روش تحليل رگرسيون و روش تحليل S.W.O.T و روش امتيازدهي QSPM انجام‌ گرفته است. يافته­ها: يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه اولاً بين امنيت و توسعة گردشگري، رابطة مستقيم و معناداري برقرار است كه در اين ميان تأثير عوامل اجتماعي بيش از ساير شاخص‌هاي امنيت شهري است. نتيجه‌گيري نتايج به‌دست‌آمده نشان مي‌دهد كه جهت ارتقاي امنيت و توسعة گردشگري در بافت تاريخي شهر بيرجند استفاده از راهكارهاي محافظه‌كارانه (WO) در اولويت قرار دارد.

Today, tourism in general, historical tourism in particular, is considered as one of the important factors in creating development in cities which is affected by many factors. One of these factors is the security of the place and the feeling of security of the tourists who come to these areas. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the place of security in the development of tourism which evaluates its situation in the historical districts of Birjand city and provides appropriate solutions to improve its indices by showing its importance in historic districts as an effective factor in improving the development situation.The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical and documentary study tools and a questionnaire were used to obtain information. Data analysis was performed by using regression and S.W.O.T methods and QSPM scoring method in SPSS software.The research Findings indicate that firstly, there is a direct and significant relationship between security and tourism development in which the effect of social factors is more than other ones of urban security.Obtained results show that using conservative solutions (WO) is in the first priority for promoting security and developing tourism in historic district of Birjand city.
