تحليل و شناسايي قابليت‌هاي فناوري كليدي جهت توسعه زنجيره‌‌‌ تأمين الكترونيكي تاب‌ آور

Analysis and identification of key technology capabilities for resilient electronic supply chain

ايجاد و توسعه قابليت‌هاي فناوري مناسب، نقش پررنگي در بهبود ساختار تاب‌آوري يك شبكه تأمين الكترونيكي در برابر هرگونه اختلال و شكستي ايفا مي‌كند. پژوهش حاضر در پي شناسايي و بررسي مهم‌ترين قابليت‌هاي فناوري براي ايجاد و بهبود تاب‌آوري در زنجيره‌هاي تأمين الكترونيكي است. اين پژوهش، از نظر هدف،‌ كاربردي، از نظر گردآوري داده‌ها، توصيفي و از نظر روش‌شناسي، كيفي_كمي است. بر اين اساس در گام نخست با مرور نظام‌مند ادبيات و به كارگيري روش دلفي فازي 11 مورد از قابليت‌هاي فناوري شناسايي شدند. سپس با به كارگيري مدلسازي ساختاري – تفسيري جامع فازي اين قابليت‌ها تحليل شدند. قابليت‌ فناوري كليدي براي توسعه ساختار تاب‌آوري در زنجيره‌تأمين الكترونيكي، بازطراحي زنجيره‌‌تأمين، برنامه‌ريزي و همكاري ميان شركاي تأمين هستند. ايجاد و بهبود اين قابليت‌ها منجر به تقويت و بهبود چندين قابليت ديگر مي‌گردد تا در نهايت انعطاف‌پذيري در شبكه‌ ‌تأمين افزايش و ساختار سيستم تاب‌آوري در برابر اختلالات در زنجيره‌هاي تأمين الكترونيكي ايجاد و يا تقويت گردد.

To create and develop appropriate technology capabilities, plays a significant role in improving the resilience structure of an electronic supply network against any disruption and failure. The present study seeks to identify and examine the most important technological capabilities to create and improve resilience in electronic supply chains. This research is applied from the point of view of orientation and it is positivist from philosophical point of view and it is a multiple research. Accordingly, in the first step, by systematic literature review and using the fuzzy Delphi method, 11 technological capabilities were identified. Then, these capabilities were analyzed using Total Fuzzy Interpretive Structural Modeling.The most effective technological capabilities to create and improve the electronic supply chain resilience structure are the three: supply chain redesign, planning and collaboration between supply partners. Creating and improving these capabilities leads to strengthening and improving several other capabilities to ultimately create or strengthen flexibility in the network to increase the supply and structure of the resilience system against disruptions in the electronic supply chains.
